"While they started like gangbusters with 3+ guys on the job, they quickly pulled workers off my house and eventually left us with one guy painting. I had the treads on the front steps replaced and the banisters rebuilt by their very nice carpenter. I called about this and other issues and received assurance that they would be out in the spring to repaint the banister and correct mistakes, but never heard from them again, despite follow-up emails. While their individual contractors were pretty competent and pleasant, there was a lack of oversight and attention to detail (they did an awful job on the inside of my porch... window trim etc) that was shocking considering the amount of money involved and the fact that if I was pleased with them, I would have used them for an upcoming remodel on a kitchen and two baths.
