Boston Door Installers Reviews
He was fabulous in problem solving and determining areas of concern and addressing them prior to them arising.
The floors and painted walls look FANTASTIC. His work took my newly purchased 1970s looking condo with potential into the 21st century and beyond. It really is the condo I've always dreamed of living in.
He and his team worked under very strict rules within my building and I've already been asked for his name by my property manager. He was diligent and thoughtful and had no issues helping me deal with Home Depot and other suppliers. I'd recommend Frand to friends, families and even my boss if she needed someone. He's just that good.
After I showed him the things that needed fixing, he went to the hardware store and purchased everything he needed.
I helped hold the air conditioner while he was removing it, but he did all the real work. He also dragged the broken air conditioner and its parts out to the
He was polite and professional at all times. I would certainly hire him again!
His crew was very hardworking--arrived early in the morning and stayed late, and came to the house on Saturdays. They went beyond expectations in this regard.
Superior craftsmanship and professionalism aside,
We started this project simply wanting to replace an old, rotted porch and ended up with a fabulous new front entry, which has really improved our
For the closet, they:
Did the demolition work to open up the closet
Did the drywall work to "bump out"/enlarge the closet (essentially, lengthening some walls)
Did the finish work so that the interior and exterior were paint-able
Installed new flooring
Cut and installed a custom threshold
Moved a light switch and did some other electrical work
The bathroom was a standard tile job, but they needed to improvise a bit to accommodate our new shower head and other fixtures. They also did electrical work to move a switch in a bedroom closet, and they installed under-cabinet lights in our kitchen, and installed new trim around a bathroom window.
Their work is excellent. Very nice finish to everything they did, and they worked around a lot of gotchas (as every good contractor needs to once they "get under the hood"). Midway, I asked them to add in some work (installing under-cabinet lights), and they accommodated that with ease. My only complaint is that we wish they would have advised us to pull out and replace the bathtub before having the tile replaced. At least, I don't *think* they advised us on that; perhaps they did but I'm mis-remembering. Or perhaps they were trying to keep us within our budget.
It was a very positive experience.
