It was obvious from the start that the scope of the work was semi-daunting for but he has a "Can Do" spirit and a great attitude. The work started out with the needed demo (about 2 weeks, the house was a mess but he cleaned it every day), followed by the moving of doors and walls, replacing damaged wall board and prepping most of the unit for the remodel (about 3 weeks). The actual remodel of the unit took about 3 months in total after the demo and prep-work due to delivery delays from the various suppliers I used (cabinets, plumbing, windows/doors, etc.). Our original goal was to be in by Thanksgiving but we didn't get in until just before New Years.
