The women on the phone was less than friendly, and argued that I had not been at the store at 4:15 pm on friday, and that the store "could not have been closed at 4:15 pm". I told her that it was my experience, and I'd like to make sure of the closing time before I made another trip to the store. She did nothing to reassure me that someone would be at the store until 5:00 pm, she said "we should be open until 5:00 pm". She never once apologized for the early closing on friday."
