I did not feel rushed through the decision process. The selection of washers and dryers was adequate. Delivery was well-done, though having to take the whole day off work because they could not specify a delivery time was inconvenient."

"The salesman was excellent and knowledgeable, and it was delivered during the first minute of the delivery window. We had a problem with hooking up the dryer and called about the problem, which was not fixed with the usual trouble shooting tips in the manual. The service tech was unavailable due to a medical emergency, so we waited a few days. Finally he had a to call us, and said he was too busy to come out, but gave us a few more ideas of what to try. When none of those things worked, he figured that there was a defective part, and ordered it, still not having come to look at the dryer, but gave us one last thing to try. This last tip ended up working, but caused a fire. We called and left a message saying that the dryer worked, but asked for the tech to come inspect due to the fire. After a week of leaving messages, we started using the dryer. After many weeks, we got a call asking if we needed the part. We said no, but would like the tech to call us. He has not."

"Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with an appliance sales company. We needed to replace a coin-op dryer for one of our apartment buildings. was convenient, and we thought, reliable. It took them over a week to deliver the new brand machine. We paid a plumber to uninstall the old one and install the new dryer. The same day it was installed, tenants called to tell us that it did not work and that they had lost money on it! We went over to check it out and sure enough, when we slid the into the machine, it refused to operate. We called , and after multiple phone calls they finally agreed to come out and look at it. The service guy made a minor adjustment, left the premises and we received more tenant calls telling us that it did not work. After many more calls we were bounced from one number to another, and probably spoke with a rep in every US city. We finally told them to pick up the machine. Still no refund!"

"Salesperson was helpful at the time of the order but didn't communicate well with delivery staff. The delivery man came with an attitude as well as a truck too small to take away the old washer and dryer. He was unabashedly annoyed when he saw he had 3 flights of stairs to climb. In the end it didn't matter, because they couldn't do the removal. To help clarify my unique situation, I brought pictures to the store with me to show the location. I thought we were on the same page. At that point I was unabashedly annoyed and instead of rescheduling had them return everything. The customer support staff was great. They refunded everything with no questions asked. And I'm still waiting for a washer & dryer as the options for or appliances in this town are extremely limited."

"I thought negotiations for the appliances were fair and honest, and low delivery charges sweetened the deal. Atmosphere at the store and showroom is relaxed and friendly, without hard sell sales pressure. We will return to to purchase other appliances in the future."

"The employees at hardware are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I had difficulty starting it, the employee at hardware had me bring it down and demonstrated it for me. There have been several occassions when they have assisted me with using power equipment. They are much more helpful that larger competitor."

"This is a family-owned business. I placed my order by phone, was given a delivery date, delivery was made on the date promised, at a time convenient for me. The installer was tidy and cleaned up everything."
