was friendly and initially returned my calls. However, he seemed very busy (I first contacted him in of 2005) and, ultimately, wasn't able to help me. I wasn't pleased that, instead of telling me he was over booked and too busy to take my job, he said everything he could to discourage me from having my ducts cleaned at all. He told me that it would be overly expensive (he didn't know my budget), that I would have to have ALL the ducts cleaned (though I only had problems with 3 of 6), that it would be very messy, etc. When I made it clear that I STILL wanted my ducts cleaned, he said he'd call me back, and never did."
