A. performed this service. He was punctual, professional, and obviously highly experienced with this type of work. Since we recently moved into our home, I had lots of questions about what we needed to do, and he answered all of them patiently. He even helped me move a very large piece of furniture to better access the furnace work space area.
I could not have been happier with the quality of the service and the excellent price to have all this work done. We will be using ARS for all of our furnace/AC needs, and I will ask for

The two workers were very polite, explained what they had to do and cleaned up after themselves. There was a sligt delay in their arrival, but the office informed me in advance and kept me updated me as to when the workers would arrive. I would definitely use them again.

This is a fantastic company. They are on time, proactive, honest, careful, respectful... Their technicians are absolutely incredible, very knowledgeable, and never ever try to sell you something you don't need or want. Without a doubt they have saved me a lot of money by extending the life of our older HVAC system, and helping me learn how to properly care for it, as well as when to do regular maintenance.

Do not confuse other companies with similar names for

. There are several. This company, owned by a fantastic couple, will ensure you are well-cared for, and jump through hoops to rescue you in any emergency situation.

FANTASTIC! I cannot say enought good things about the work that Pail and
Boston Air Duct Cleaners Provider Name Locked
did. They assessed the situation and gave me an estimate of the cost. After I approved the fun began .... they fished out a ridiculous amount of lint from the dryer vent side and the outside vent side. It turns out that there were four significant clogs that they removed. from start to finish it was a 2 hour job. The best thing is that
Boston Air Duct Cleaners Provider Name Locked
explained what he was doing along the way ....

Boston Air Duct Cleaners Provider Name Locked
was friendly and initially returned my calls. However, he seemed very busy (I first contacted him in
Boston Air Duct Cleaners Provider Name Locked
of 2005) and, ultimately, wasn't able to help me. I wasn't pleased that, instead of telling me he was over booked and too busy to take my job, he said everything he could to discourage me from having my ducts cleaned at all. He told me that it would be overly expensive (he didn't know my budget), that I would have to have ALL the ducts cleaned (though I only had problems with 3 of 6), that it would be very messy, etc. When I made it clear that I STILL wanted my ducts cleaned, he said he'd call me back, and never did.

There was a residual odor of the cleaner left in the air conditioner after the cleaning job. The service man returned to remedy the situation and uncovered more problems. Gave me an a quote for more work to correct the problems.

I purchased a Groupon for an air duct cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. The initial price seemed reasonable given the Groupon discount. It was extremely difficult to call and make an appointment - and I had to do this a few times due to a cancellation etc. When the technician finally arrived he was late and then had trouble parking in the city since he had no commercial license plate or sign on van. He seemed nice enough and
Boston Air Duct Cleaners Provider Name Locked
me to believe he knew what he was doing. He cleaned the ducts with what appeared to be a regular shop vacuum. Later on when I did some research I found out this was not what true professionals really use. He also tried to do a lot of upselling. He tried to convince me I had mold in my four year old system. I was not really convinced but I was under a lot of personal stress that day so I got suckered into ordering a 550.00 UV light to be sent and installed at a later time. One thing that concerned me was the mess that was left behind after the technician departed. There were clumps of dust all through the common hallway (none before)and in the room where my unit is. If the dust could potentially have mold as this guy claimed why did he and his tools not do a better job to contain it? When I researched all this later the next day I found out that most of these types of duct cleaning firms don't do a good job of cleaning and once in the door they spend most of their time and energy trying to get you to spend more money. There were also conflicting reports as to whether or not these uv lights really help. So since I certainly had no real proof of mold I decided to cancel my order the very next day. I called multiple times and sent a number of emails to no avail. My requests to cancel have been ignored. I have since notified my credit card company to dispute any charges.Honestly, I would be very wary of any air duct cleaning company. Ask how they do their work and what equipment they use. It will cost a lot more than I paid for a real expert. And it seems that this type of cleaning may be hyped up - so do some research first. I wish I had

They are very responsive, thorough, no

fees, no surprises. I've had a horrible experience with another provider, will never use another service again. ACA has a LOT of experience and the owners really do care about their customers, care about the relationship and keeping your business.

Great service. Showed up, diagnosed and went right to work. Had all of the proper tools, took care with the property and explained what they were doing where necessary. Post service, noticeable improvement. Fair price, no "diagnosis" fee. Showed up and did what they said they would do. Perfect.
