"The job took about 4 hours. Everything that was agreed upon was done. The cutting was sometimes a bit ragged, leaving a number of splintered limbs in places. The trees looked pretty bad until they re-sprouted shoots. Some minor damage was done to flower beds in dragging brush away, but nothing major. I found out later the power company would have done the job for free, however, and I think KRM probably knew this but didn't tell me. They were under no obligation to do so, however. All in all, they were OK and did what they bid on."

I marked a "fair" for price because I really don't know the going rate for this, but I actually mean that I believe the charge to be reasonable or fair for the quality of the work performed."
