"Initial visit and estimate was provided as promised, and work was scheduled for the next week. One day prior to the work day the contractor called to reschedule to the next day, and I agreed. Several days after the scheduled date a crew arrived and did part of the work. About ten days later a crew arrived to finish the work. Crews were courteous and professional, and the work looked good. . We made arrangements for him to come to our house and submit a quote. He arrived exactly as planned and invested a fair amount of time with us. He measured our roof and made notes as to what he felt needed to be done---he also listened to my concerns. He gave us a whole sheet of satisfied customers to call and provided a copy of his up to date liability insurance. He submitted his initial quote on the spot. We were hoping to get a metal roof, but thought it would be too expensive. When we recieved quotes from other companies offering composite shingles, we tried to make it work for metal.

They started on a Friday and made sure we were "dried in" for the week end---good thing because we got pounded with rain Sunday night. I went into the attic---no leaks (and I previously had a bunch). They came back Monday morning. Worked all day Monday and all day Tuesday. They finished by Tuesday late afternoon. The job looks fabulous! All eyes were on the corner house with the red roof. We had several people stop by and ask questions. They cleaned the whole jobsite--can't even tell anyone was working there (except for the beautiful new metal roof). Put us on the list with all the other satisfied customers!"

I also found that they had not put down new felt on the roof, but left the old felt. In some places there was no felt at all. Likewise, new valley metal had not been installed. They tore off the old roofs and installed the new one in one day. They were very thorough in their clean-up. The only suggestion I have for the company is that they identify a supervisor for the job and that the supervisor stay with the job for the day. One young man appeared to be the supervisor, but he disappeared by noon. I had a few questions and asked them of another young man, but I was never actually certain of his role. Given that most members of the crew do not speak English, it would be helpful to have one reliable point of contact. The crew did not reinstall my satellite dish precisely, so I had some minor TV issues. When I called

, he was quick to offer to pay for a DISH service call. All in all, a very good experience."

"It is a historic home and we had 4 layers of shingles! Unfortunately they also damaged a new paint job on the house but they came back and touched it up. It took them a long time to get to it though. They also covered my bushes so the damage to plants was minimized, with this much roofing material coming down it was hard not to affect some plants. I used them on my prior house as well and they did a great job with that one also. They are very good with the clean up after-wards, other than the paint touch-up, but that required a different crew."
