He crawled up into the crawl space to look at something for a problem he hasn't even fixed yet and told me how it could be fixed. I'm going to have him do that. It was beyond great service, he's really good and obviously passionate about plumbing. He was pointing out different things and really knew all about the plumbing in my house which was built in the 1930s. I felt it was a very fair price. It did take him about a week. He will be coming back to do some replacement work for me. "

"Verbal explanation that the turn key job charge was based on two men working most of the day. In actually it took one man about ? a day. In fact the second man left after 15 minutes on my job, never touching a shovel. In my opinion the charge was deliberately inflated. These people are unethical, stay away from them; there are too many good plumbing companies in our area."

"Our ancient A/C had started freezing up - a sign that it was getting low on refrigerant again. We paid several hundred dollars last year to have it recharged, but had decided it was time to replace it the next time it had problems. On Sunday, 6/27 the old unit froze up and we decided it was time to act. On Monday I began calling HVAC contractors and by Wednesday had five estimates. Sentry's estimator was prompt and professional. He took the time to ask questions and examined the old equipment to make sure replacement was the right option. He went back to his office to do his calculations and then sent an e-mail with three separate and very thorough proposals for completing the work - at varying efficiency levels and corresponding price points. I contacted the estimator mid-day Wednesday to see if they'd be able to do the replacement this weekend, before the

4 holiday. He said they could and scheduled the work for Friday. Shortly before 8:00 on Friday morning, two technicians arrived from Sentry with all the necessary equipment to complete the job and quickly got to work. They were also very professional in both appearance and conduct. They worked the majority of the day - taking a break for lunch - and completed the job around 4:00 PM. They left both the area around the outside unit and the mechanical room in the house very neat and tidy. In the end, other than the new equipment, you could hardly tell that work had been done. Overall: a great experience with work performed exactly as quoted and in near-record time."

"My 17 year old water heater began periodically leaking on 12/10 - A rainy Saturday - my thinking at first was a foundation leak but it turned out that my old water heater was breaking down. I stoped using hot water except in emergancies but still had the massive leaks each time the pressure went up in the water heater. I called

During the install they noticed that my pressure regulator was rusted shut (I knew this had been a problem in the past) and for a very modest price they installed a new regulator as well as a new cut-off lever. The service was very professional and timely. The next day I experienced another water leak, called

again - they were there rvery apidly and more than willing to correct anything they may have done, but it turned out that a root had obstructed the pipe leading from the house. Again the young man was very professional and methodical in his investigation of the cause and he corrected the problem. I was even more impreessed since two previous plumbers had done non-necessary repairs when I called with backed up drains that were most likely due to this same problem. I am now confident that the source cause has been corrected once and for all."
