"Details arrives once a week to perform yardwork: moving, edging, trimming bushes, etc. They are professional, efficient and do an excellent job."

Twice by writing down on my statement that I needed to cancel, and at least three times by calling in. They kept coming and kept billing me. Because I had cut them off of my credit card's automatic payment system, it kept coming back non-sufficient. So they've billed me $45 a month for non-sufficient funds AND lawn service at a house I don't even live at. Whenever I call in, they deny having received notice of my cancellation, and keep coming. This isn't even the first time I've had problems communicating with them. I once called in to find out about getting my grass mowed, and the person I dealt with informed me

didn't take care of that. He referred me to someone who used a weed eater that hacked down my

bushes. I later found out that they DO cut lawns, and the employee I previously spoke to was getting kickbacks from the entity he referred me to.
