"They did a great job and they addressed some unique situations that resulted from when the original gutters were put up incorrectly, as they did a good job, they were punctual, and they communicated with us. "We were really pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the sales rep. The company was very responsive in working with our scheduling requirements and had a crew on site within just a couple of days. The install manager was also courteous and professional. However, in doing my final inspection, I noted that there was a hole in a large screen on our screened in porch. When questioned, the manager acknowledged that one of their ladders had gone through the screen and he promised that he would replace it. He said he would be back in our neighborhood the following week and would fix it then. Now, weeks later and after several calls to the company, we are still waiting for them to show up. What's really frustrating is that you call what you think is a local number and end up talking with someone in Nashville. They (supposedly) forward your complaint/service request to the local office via email. My guess is the only emails they look at are ones related to potential new sales as they obviously don't care about how prior customers feel about their service. It's a shame that a lack of follow through has totally ruined what had been a really pleasant experience."

The gutters were in good condition so they were not replaced. The caps also extend the life of my gutters. The looks are so neat and from the street a person can hardly tell you have the caps there.
