"They were there on time and did a good job. They finished the job when they said they would finish it. We had checked many other places for prices and other things. They were very comparable with everyone else. My son had said that he had used them about a year ago. There is dust all over the house when the hardwood floors are done. They had a new machine which sucked all the dust up into the sweeper as the floors were being sanded. So there was virtually no dust at all. We were very satisfied with the work they did. A lot of them could not speak English but there was one of them who could understand what we were saying. They were here when they said they would be here. They had a hard time finding the place. We thought that we would have to lead them somewhere and bring them home here but they were here on time when they called. "

"This became a 10 month project, as we found more things to add to the project as we went along. This is because the quality of the work and the relationship with EB was exceptional. Their assistance with the planning, choice of materials, and their advice as we proceeded was first rate in every way. Once the project started, they were punctual, professional, dependable, courteous and competent from the top to bottom of their organization; and as extensive as all this was, they planned and executed the work with absolute minimal intrusion. When all was completed we were glad to have it finally done, but we kind of hated to see them go."

"Lowe's sub-contractor for installation is where the problems were. The sub-contractors arrived on time and worked a full-day on install on a Friday morning. Worker committed to returning Saturday morning to finish the job and never showed nor called. Worker did not return again till Tuesday morning to finish and did a horrible job of clean-up. Left carpet shreds downstairs and upstairs where he was cutting. Left dresser he moved by the front door. Owner offered to come back again but was ready to move on and clean up on my own. Lowe's was gracious to remove the installation fee from the project for all of the problems. I would recommend Lowe's again, not the sub-contractor."
