"I dropped off my suit before the holidays because it was conveniently close to home and the one time I'd used them before they did an okay job. This week I received a call from one of the owners at the store harshly demanding that I come pick up my clothes immediately or they would give them away. Since the woman did not speak English (well), I could not get any explanation from her other than, "We give away, nice clothes, we give away, we don't store clothes!". When I showed up at the store, the other owner brought out a set of women's clothes which certainly didn't belong to me. It was almost comical that he kept rudely demanding I pay for the clothes, and I kept insisting they weren't mine. Impasse. When I looked at the ticket, indeed, the set of clothes had my name on them. They run their tickets by phone number and have had trouble getting it right before, since they speak virtually no English. Obviously, they made a

mistake. But the order was from May 2008, so why was the store just calling now, and then threatening to give away the clothes? And how in the world would they possible track down the correct owner, who probably thought they already picked up the all of their orders? After ten minutes of rude demands by the owners to pay for the order, and my denials that it wasn't mine, we finally moved on to the real problem. I would not be writing this review except for the fact that they could not find MY suit, and insisted I had never dropped one off because they did not have a record of it in their system. Again, they were arrogant and rude, insisting I never dropped off a suit. After I mentioned that I would be willing to give them time to find it (misfiled under another person's name?) and mentioned that I would otherwise file a police report, they scanned the inventory and then "found" my suit. These people are fairly incompetent and incredibly rude! I will never use them again."

"THEY LOST (or stole) BOTH DRESSES. It took over 3 months to resolve this issue and in the end they only paid me $200. for the lost dresses. The first check that they sent bounced. I had to call about 15 to 20 times to get the matter resolved. I am quite sure that they expected that I would just give up. Since my experience, I have heard from several people about items that have been lost by this particular dry cleaner. Of note, my dress turned up without tags to the store where I originally bought it. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!"
