"I was very pleased overall. They were better than expected. I called a few of their competitors and they were competitive on price (about mid-range). I got their name through Angie's list and noted that some of the other providers that did both upholstery and carpet and were also rated highly were much more expensive. When I called the office number, I was greeted warmly. All of my questions were professionally answered with detail. I felt comfortable hiring them based on the Angie's list rating and what I heard on the phone. They came within 2 days of my call.

provided our service. When they arrived, they inspected the areas and moved a few items out of the way. The couches turned out great! I could see all the colors again, and they all dried completely about 12-14 hours after the service. None of the upholstery was that heavily soiled because all of it was less than 3 years old, but with 2 dogs and small children, you know how much stuff can get on a couch and chairs. Needless to say we were thrilled with the results (no more dog hair and koolaid stains). After they dried, I immediately covered the couches and chairs with slipcovers. The carpet downstairs was heavily stained and they did a good job with what they had to work with. I am planning on replacing the carpet within 1-2 years, so I just wanted some of the stains and dirt to go away. Mission accomplished, and the carpet looks great! They even cleaned an extra bedroom downstairs at no additional charge. Overall, I was thrilled with the job and recommend them without hesitation. You will not be disappointed."

"I have had this company in to do the carpets several times, mainly because I've been too busy to do the proper research. So I've just agreed when they called & said it's time to come again. On the listed date, their technician was a young guy who listened to his Ipod the entire time he was working. I would have to jostle him to get his attention to ask him a question. He left the carpets so saturated that it took several days to dry completely. Also he did not put any protective layers under the furniture he replaced so it has left

on the carpet. I told the salelady this, & she said they'd make it right. They have returned 2 more times (each time charging the full price) and those

are still in my living room carpet. No more chances. I'll try another company this year. To be fair, the other times the carpet was cleaned satisfactorily. Still it always ends up costing more than the saleslady says it will on the phone."

I opted for the deodorant/disinfectant because we purchased an existing home were the owner previously had cats and opted for the scotchgard because we have boys and dogs in our home. The service provided wasn't a deep steam clean where water is flushed in to and sucked out of the carpet/upholstery, but a top only carpet/upholstery scrubbing. I can't remember if the salesperson mentioned this on the phone call, but I was surprised to learn this when the workers arrived. The sales person promised the areas where the carpet meets the baseboard would be cleaned and the baseboards would be wiped down. The workers were pleasant and worked quickly, but completed the promised baseboard cleaning sporadically. They also left behind tools and a shirt, which I have made two attempts to return but still remain over a month later. The salesperson did follow up on the service and promised to schedule a recleaning, but I still am waiting for this to be done"
