Of course, he was friendly, but my wife was really impressed that he put shoe covers on his feet when he entered our house on a rainy day. Very impressive company, and although the price was a

higher than I would have thought to replace a thermostat, I would certainly use them again. "

"The whole experience was bad. The guy came to the house to diagnose the problem. He left saying he would call me back that day to let me know if they had the part locally. He never called. Days later they call to set up an appointment to replace the part. On the day they were supposed to come out they called to see if they could come at 7:15 the next morning. I told him I had to leave by 7:30 and he assured me that it would take 10 minutes to fix. I agreed to let him come. The next morning he never showed up. I waited until 7:45. When I called the office they said he wasn't even supposed to set up appointments like that. He later called to apologize and said he just forgot. We set up a new appointment and he came on time but when he went to fix the fridge he had the wrong part. Again he said he would call me later that day to let me know if he had the part locally. Again,he didn't call. Finally a week later he got the correct part and installed it. I would not reccomend this company at all."

"We called on a Tuesday morning when we discovered the door to the dishwasher wouldn't open. We were scheduled for Thursday but

contacted us to reschedule for Tuesday afternoon since they had a cancellation. The service tech discovered the problem, explained what was necessary to correct it and had it fixed within twenty minutes. He also spent time explaining how to get the best results from our dishwasher. This is the second time we've used

and we could not be more pleased."

He gives me the facts and lets me decide whether I want to replace the appliance or fix it. I trust him. I will not be using him anymore, because he lives to far away to continue to see me and is limiting his service area to Northwest

"The manufacturer contracted with this provider and sent a serviceman to come and fix the dryer. He had to replace the drum and seal. He replaced the drum and not the seal. He had actually told us that nothing was wrong and my husband came home and demonstrated for

what was wrong. He clearly did not know what he had to do regarding the manufacturer's procedures. We would not let him back in the house; I feel he was incompetent."

"It took them forever to come out and then it took them forever to get a part. They charged me an insane amount of money for this part. This was just for a squirrel cage fan. A couple of days later I found out that my unit was under warranty and that Carrier would have fixed this for free had I known. When I called

and told them this, I asked them to give me my money back and file with Carrier and they wouldn't. They were super rude and nasty to me. They didn't care about me as a customer at all. This was the ultimate nightmare. I wouldn't trust them for anything now."

"Dishwasher sounded like it was eating the dishes. At first the technician thought it was the motor gears grinding but decided to see if there was something in the pump first. It turned out to be small pieces of melted plastic that were hung up in the pump. We were only charged for the trip."
