"This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any service for my home. The company advertises ''Exactly Right'' however, this was not my experience. One of my shutters had a gap at the bottom over 2.5 inches of space between the ledge and the shutter. The installer was going to fill it with caulk. I refused as it would look horrible. They then took the shutter back to be ''remade.'' I use this term loosely because after a series of appointments, a no show, and misplacing the shutter the eventual installer brought a piece of wood and filled the gap with that. I had to cover what I thought would be beautiful shutters with drapes. I would be happy to send pictures if that is permitted. I was very disappointed. The only good thing I have to say is the employees were nice (I spoke with the director of customer service many times). I will certainly never use them again. If you're looking for ''
