"I had called to get a quote and they arrived within 1 day to give me the estimate. When they arrived for the job they were very polite and professional. All windows were cleaned and they also cleaned my screens which was not part of the original contract. They were very friendly. They also helped me move my bed which I could not do by myself because I live alone."

arrived late. He immediately told me that he was a "professional" and did "professional work". Five minutes into the job, he asked to use my bathroom. Ten minutes later he interrupted me again to ask if I had any small bottles of water. Even though, he said he would clean each window thoroughly, including the sills, all he did was squeegee the glass. After he left, I checked his work and many panes were streaked. The frames and the sills had not been cleaned. I called him and asked him to come back which he did. As an example, I showed him the windows on the first floor that were particularly dirty. He swiped at a cob web with a dirty rag asking me if there was anything else he could do for me. When I reminded him that he said he cleans window sills, he said he really did not mean that. He only wipes up "spillage". All and all it was a disappointing experience."

"This is a condo building. We are on the third and fourth floors. In three years the windows have only been cleaned one time. They are accessible by ladder, so the condo contract only covers one window. did a perfect job, on time, polite and they let my two year old grandson "help" with his squeegee. I did find a dropped razor blade on the terrace which could have been tragic, but wasn't. I'm certain they will look more carefully next time."

"I called for an estimate and spoke with , who was very pleasant. He told me that he does not usually give estimates for jobs as large as mine over the phone, but since I realized that the price was based on the number of panes and not the number of windows, (I'd had other estimates and knew that that was how it was done), he felt comfortable giving me a price and sending the estimate by email without coming out and looking at the house. He discounted his regular price because of the size of the job, which I really appreciated. The crew showed up about 45 minutes later than I expected, but they did call 15 minutes before they got here to tell me that they were sorry and they were on their way. Every one of them was very pleasant and worked steadily. They were careful of the gardens, they did extras that I wasn't expecting, (the skylight, the garage doors), they cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy with the work before they left."

"I left a voice mail message for the company which was returned within a couple hours. An appointment was arranged. Mr. and his assistant arrived when scheduled. Mr. was polite, courteous and friendly. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. The windows are very clean."

"Mr. said he did not need to see the house to estimate at $10-$12 a window that included cleaning screens and sills. I had to reschedule once and he was accommodating. Arrived on time with an assistant & began work immediately. He worked inside, assistant outside with ladder. Problems began. Propped up dirty storm windows against handmade crewel wall-hanging! Needed me to get him some "old towels." Used the same dirty rag for all windows, assuring me the cleaning was in the squeegee technique. Wiped the screens and sills down (I wouldn't call it cleaning) with same rag. I found used paper towels & steel wool pads on DR table, LR floor and in the garden. Plopped a bucket of cleaning water with squeegees on my LR Persian carpet with no protection underneath it. Broke the plastic handles on a window because he forgot to unlock it. Crushed several plants outside. He was here 2.5 hours & I had to be on-hand the whole time, but all my windows were finally clean at one time."

"Mr. returned my call promptly and explained his service, including the range of pricing per window. We set a date. He called and confirmed the morning of the visit. He and his assistant arrived about a half hour later than expected, but that wasn't a problem. They did a thorough review of the windows in the house before beginning, and removed all screens for cleaning before they began. At least one of the windows was old and the storm window not correctly installed; they persisted trying to fix the window so they could clean as promised! The final product was great and I was very happy with the work done. It took about 4-5 hours, but they worked straight through without a break. clearly takes pride in his work. I would definitely hire again!"
