"As always, his work was well-planned and executed, and the end result was neat, solid and seamless with the old floorboards.
He always shows up as scheduled and promptly returns phone calls. His prices are reasonable, and he is very honest. If a subcontractor is required (e.g., plumber or electrician), he brings in people just as competent as he is.
In the time I've known him, he has installed a new bathroom, replaced shingles on the exterior, boxed in new ductwork, built closets, removed doors to build new walls, and repaired pocket doors. He is very knowledgable about old house construction.

"100% Satisfaction!!! and his crew are great to work with! Very friendly, professional, timely, clean, quiet, and non-smokers. They made sure floors and cabinets were covered so as not to harm finish. They were on time - always! Kept in touch via phone on a daily basis. Helped with colors and material choices. Kept within my budget. No costs or problems. Happily worked with me when I needed to leave town for family funeral. Easy to talk to and happy to answer questions. Even the screws on the electrical outlets were all in the same direction. Attention to every detail! Absolutely the Best! No need to look further. You will be completely satisfied!!"

"They were friendly, we didn't end up completing the project so they didn't end up doing any work but I will definitely consider them in the future when we complete the project."

"They were very hard to get a hold of - not returning voice or emails. I finally got a hold of the owner and he claimed that I never left him a voice mail. They did schedule a time slot and were the only contractor that we met that called and rescheduled to a different time, but things do happen.
He said several time that he thought he was doing a complete remodel, which I never told him - This was a 203k job - he didn't seem interested at the site and we asked him several time if he was still interested and he kept saying that he was. He also comes off as a little to use his own name. He said that he used to do high-end remodels, but was forced to move to rehabs with the recession, a move he didn't seem happy about.
Well to make a long story short we never heard from him and I left both him and his office partner messages several times. Then several days later, his partner called and said that they were not going to quote out the job because they were too busy.
This was a complete waste of my time as well as his, the home owner, my relator's, etc...
As flaky as his contact were, should of been a warning - he also mentioned that he would not be the cheapest and used several threats/warnings about our other contractors and what they would all do wrong that he would not.
lesson here, doesn't return messages, over compensates, and beats down others - stay away!!"

"They called me to tell me they'd be here on Wed at approx 7:30 AM to start the work. They showed on time and ready to do the work. We confirmed the work to be done and they started. There were two people from the company, one whom took down and replaced the shutters, one whom did the fabrication and installation of the metal work under the windows. Once the shutters were placed both worked on intallation of the metal work and work was completed by 1 PM. All the metal work was done to the highest standards and fit the wood underneath like a glove. One reason I chose this company was the level of detail they went to. Where most companies just fit flat metal in the center of the under window features they took the time to embellish it with a raised X look from the corners which truly improved the finished product. They took care to not damage any landscaping and, when done, cleaned up the site. This company is truly a find and I can recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job."
