"I needed a dishwasher installed and the plumbing for the fridge hooked
up. Neither of the jobs were 
hook ups as the kitchen is an old
one and never had a dishwasher or a fridge with an ice maker. So this
was a matter of installing the entire plumbing infrastructure for both
of these appliances.
came over and found that due to the age of the plumbing and the
position of the kitchen, she was going to have to basically move the
drain in order to hook up the dishwasher. We scheduled a day for her to
come back, and she did not charge me for time she was there assessing
the problem originally. She came back on the rescheduled day, and hooked
up both appliances before I got home from work. They are running
smoothly."

"I needed a new gas line run from the gas manifold to my new gas dryer. They ran about 30 feet of corrugated gas line to the dryer and attached the corrugated line to black steel gas pipe with a shut off valve to the dryer. They tested the line for leaks and and and even labeled the rest of the gas lines by the gas manifold by what they went to in the basement. I thought it was really nice of them to do that. It was a small gesture but the details are the things you remember about a great service provider!"

"Great experience. We used for this job based on price and warranty on the work and equipment.
They were prompt getting us an estimate and we scheduled the work with them right away. The work took place about a week later. They called first and were actually about 1/2 hour early. We did not even know anyone was here doing any work. The plumber went right to work, did a great job and was very quiet and clean.
We also had the plumber check our faucets in the bathtub. He tightened up things and identified a possible problem. He was able to fix the problem, but made a note on the work ticket in case they needed to come back if we have further problems.
The new sump pump is working fine. Fortunately we have not had to test the back up yet.
We will be using for all our plumbing needs from now on."

"Amazing experience! I believe this is a relatively new company, which means they are not charging anywhere close to what larger companies are charging. (I hope they don't figure this out!;) But seriously, they came out the same day, on time (even gave me a confirmation call before the plumber came) and did a free estimate. (That's another thing, I haven't heard of any other company that does free in-home estimates- its great because I knew I could say no with out having to pay that annoying $50 charge.) I called around afterward to see if I was getting a decent price, and I was impressed to see that for the same work, some companies would charging me more than 50 percent the total price quoted! So I went ahead and booked the job with , and it went very smoothly. They were on time again, wearing shoe covers, cleaned up after themselves (I hate having a mess to clean, ugghh!) and finished the job in less time than they estimated. I felt comfortable around (he is the Master plumber, and usually does the work himself) and he was polite, professional, and did not pressure me or use those stressful sales tactics you see sometimes. I've already recommended this company to my friends, and so far, very positive feedback!
I'm new to Angie's list, but this is definitely a company that you should have give you a free estimate on any plumbing work, what have you got to ? Keep up the good work !"

"The drain was cleaned, the faucet replaced and the hot water temperature adjusted. One thing I especially appreciated was that they made sure to tell me that I could get some faucet parts for free by contacting the faucet manufacturer. Also, they did a great job of cleaning up and removing all replaced hardware. On top of this they were nice guys who made sure to make friends with my dog."

"They didn't charge me much because there were no parts. I don't have anything negative to say. They came and did what they had to do. They came when they said they would come. The disposal has worked fine. The people who came out were very nice. The overall project went fine. The price was right."

"Promptly arrived and assessed the condition. Agreed to price and two men started immediately. Men continued working until work completed. Men were very kind to the elderly lady in the house. Did not ask for payment at time of service. I promptly mailed a check upon receipt of the ir invoice."

"Our bathroom sink decided not to drain four days before Christmas. We tried all the standard home remedies, but nothing worked.
A message left on the evening of the 22nd got me a return call from the staff the next morning. Happily, they were able to put us on the following day's schedule.
As promised, the plumbers arrived the next afternoon. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves.
The only small hiccup was the scheduled arrival time. As might be expected, given the time of year, there were a couple of unanticipated emergencies at stops prior to ours that caused our appointment to be delayed several hours. However, someone from the office kept us updated, so we weren't waiting in ."
