The first time you contact
, the owner,
, comes to your home to meet the pets and to see the layout of your home. He spent a lot of time with my dog. She liked him so much, she started to leave with him! He is great with the pets. Everything is written up in a contract so there are no misunderstandings. They are very professional and trustworthy petsitters. This is definitely a pet care company you can rely on.

Up until 2009, I had a special needs cat that required medication twice a day. The first few times we were away he tried to hide from
but eventually he trusted him and was a lot easier to find. It is such great peace of mind that my pets are home where they belong and they are being cared for by someone who genuinely cares about them.

I frequently call upon
when I am delayed from leaving work on time. They are always available to stop by the house and let out the dog. Also, monthly visits are made to trim her nails so she doesn't slip on our kitchen floor.

I highly recommend using
for all your pet needs. The peace of mind they provide is well worth the cost of their services.

We played phone tag for a few days, but once we talked to each other,
was very flexible in scheduling a visit. The wash went perfectly, except that my dog is very fearful. She did a great job with him, and although she couldn't get all of his nails clipped, (his fault, not hers) he looked and smelled fresh and clean when it was over. This was the easiest way to handle this task and it is evident that she loves her work.

RBK was recommended by a friend of ours who is an animal rights advocate and has been sending her dog there for 10 years so we immediately felt our dog would be in good hands. The staff are friendly and responsive. The facilities are clean and fresh smelling. Our dog came back clean and healthy and happy (just a little homesick). Its a bit of a drive from our home, but the countryside where it is located is beautiful, so it winds up being a nice excursion. We will definitely use them again.

This was the first time I had been there because I am a first time cat owner. They are very attentive and the price is just right. They gave me all kinds of advice because they knew I was a first time owner. They told me how I should feed him and if he was overweight. My cat was in good health. I took him in and when he was ready, they called me to come pick him up. Not only are their doctors available, but there is a groomer and several attendants available as well.

I explained to her that I wasn't even angry about the dog being nicked and I perfectly understood since that area is hard to trim- and she then accused me of lying. I walked out of the store with her yelling at me. To make it worse, I called the owner to tell him that I wouldn't be back because the groomer was so rude and unprofessional. And his response was that I had insulted his and the groomer's integrity by saying my dog had been nicked....like I was just making it all up. What ever happened to just apologizing and then being careful not to do it again?

Baltimore Pet Groomers Provider Name Locked
has always been excellent at taking care of our dog. He's actually quite fond of many of the folks who work at the kennels and willingly goes into the kennel when they come out to fetch him from us. It makes it quite a bit easier to leave him with the kennel when it obviously doesn't bother him too much to be left with them. On occasions when we've had him groomed there, the work has always been professional and thorough. He's allowed his own blanket, a favorite

we've used

several times in the past without incident, but more recently, I noticed that my 5 year old poodle would have ''submission urination'' when the groomer came out to get him. Simply put, he'd see her and pee. On his last visit, she seemed highly annoyed about this. I sent my daughter to pick him up and was horrified by the condition he was in when she brought him home. My beautiful purebred

poodle had the worst haircut you can imagine, with high spots, low spots, and even actual bald spots. I could barely look at him for weeks. What's worse is that he was so nervous, skittish and afraid when he got home, it literally took weeks for him to return to his normal happy-go-lucky self. I do not know what transpired that day in the

The shop is messy, and cluttered, but the service is great. don't let appearances fool you! They took my dog at 7 a.m. on a Saturday and called me, as soon as she was done, about 90 minutes later! The owner even called me about 45 minutes, after I dropped my dog off to tell me she was doing fine, since it was her first visit there. That's the kind of personal service you won't get at chain stores! Neighborhood places are going out of business and we need to help them out!

This
Baltimore Pet Groomers Provider Name Locked
has been hit or miss. The first time we brought our dog for grooming, everything went off without a hitch. The groomer was very nice and reported no problems. The second time we went back, the dog was still wet, they couldn't clip his nails. Might have to ask for a specific employee here if you have problems.

Terrific - our dogs are an unusual breed so we brought a book for them to use as a guide in cutting them. They did a great job! We will definitely go back.
