"I called them after business hours. My phone call was returned promptly the next business day. The owner came out the following day to give me an estimate. They were even flexible when I asked them to change the appt time. He came on time and was very professional. Called the next morning and had the application scheduled for a few days out. While the applicators showed up a few minutes late, they worked through the rain to apply the treatment. There was a slight mixup with the office since the price they gave me didn't match the quote; however, a phone call to the owner took care of that. I didn't stay for all of a few minutes, but assume they were done within the hour."

"They came out and went through the house with a fine tooth comb. The gentleman that came actually had a can of foam to block any entrance points. He rigged a screen for the dryer vent to prevent entrance from there. Full of suggestions on how to avoid future infestations. In addition to which, he identified possible termite activity."

were quick to respond, and quickly came out to address the issue. In addition to setting multiple traps and baits, they sealed up areas around my home where the mice were entering. They took the time to show me things around the kitchen that were attracting the mice (my new puppies dog food, which used to sit out all day). They came out for a follow up as well after about 30 days and removed any dead mice and reset/refilled traps. I have not seen any mice or droppings since. Overall, I'm very happy with the service."

"He worked very long and hard to find where the ant nest was outside the kitchen. He had a 90 day guarantee, but we didn't have to use it because the problem was fixed the first time. "I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and good nature of the

brother that showed up to handle my job (apparently there are many, a big family operation which I'll add is nice to support). I have postponed extermination in favor of have-a-heart traps for years and not only did this method fail, but the problem multiplied to the point of infestation. To solve this problem the exterminator strategically placed black food boxes throughout the house, as well as mouse-proofed the exterior entry points by filling them with copper wool. I was told the substance would attract them in great numbers and essentially

them as humanely as possible by thinning their blood, causing them to drift out of consciousness and die. Though not wonderful to

animals, it seemed the best option. 3 weeks later, so far so good. They are not completely gone, but almost. And a follow up visit is included! I should also mention the gentleman that did the work took the time to thoroughly explain everything and patiently answered all of my questions."
