"He's very patient with the children. When we first went in there, they said they couldn't give anything yet because they didn't have an opening for" like three months. But then when the doctor looked at it, he got them put in in a week. He adding us on to the beginning of his day. We were an extra case, that he came in early to treat.

"The general service is very good -- it's a pleasant office, appointments are timely, billing is accurate, prices are reasonable and staff are professional." However, the patient experienced a very painful treatment technique. When I inquired about using a less painful technique the Doctor said that this was the only one he used because he felt washing/rising the ear out was not very effective. I view this type of response from a doctor as alarming and a red flag. The patient has had multiple treatments of this nature in the past and has NEVER experienced this amount of pain. The doctor may just be inexperienced in treating geriatric clients who also have Alzheimer's. For the next appointment I will request a different doctor and if that doesn't work then I will no longer take this geriatric client to this practice.

Dr. Mouzakes removed our daughters adenoid at age 14 months. We knew she needed something done when she just kept getting sick over and over again. After an Xray it was revealed her adenoid was very large and causing a blockage that prevented her Eustachian tubes from draining, causing infections. We were lucky enough to get in fairly quickly with Dr. Mouzakes and he was fantastic. He recommended surgery, and we scheduled it right away. The procedure was fast, and you can tell he does these a lot. His bedside manner was fantastic. He spent time with us in the waiting room just after the procedure telling us how it went. Her recovery was a little more involved than I expected, but she is a very sensitive child so it was not surprising to me that that was the case. Within a week she was totally back to normal. She has not been on antibiotics even once since her surgery. This is the longest she has gone her whole life without an infection. We are thrilled and relieved. The constant stress of caring for a sick child every few weeks is past now, and she is growing and thriving. I would recommend Dr. Mouzakes to anyone who has a child in need of an ENT. He is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you!!!!!!

is excellent. They totally check your ears and it takes about an hour. Then they show the different hearing aids available and we order them. They are very reasonably priced. We can go in any time and we don't have to fix an appointment. We would use them in the future.

Dr.
Baltimore Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
is one of the best specialists in the country as far as I can tell. His no-nonsense style and great communication gave me the confidence to trust him. He spent a lot of time before the surgery with models, videos, and drawings to explain what he saw, what he recommended, and how it would go.
I had the sleep apnea surgery in the late '90s and it was a huge success. He cured my apnea, which allowed me to loose a lot of weight and significantly improve my health.
Years later, my daughter developed enlarged adenoids, and again, Dr.
Baltimore Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
did a great job of working with me and my daughter to help her through a very scary hospital experience. And best of all, his surgery was a complete success again!
His colleagues and staff in his office are great, and the experience we had at the hospital where he did his surgeries (Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary) was also wonderful.

The surgery went well. The melanoma was removed, along with the lymph nodes from my neck below left ear. The lymph nodes were removed as a precaution, because the melanoma was deep enough to be Stage 2. If cancer cells get into the lymph system - fortunately they didn't - the cancer will metastasize and show up in other organs in the body. Needless to say, that is not good. But all went well. Dr.
Baltimore Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
did a great job. He is not only an excellent doctor but also an extremely nice person, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dr.

to anyone seeking an ENT in northern Virginia.

Dr.
Baltimore Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
is excellent. Great bedside manner, very attentive, listens well, and did a great job with both surgeries - no complications for either of our kiddos. Very happy with the doctor. HOWEVER, the office is not as responsive and friendly as the doctor. As a nervous mom, I did try to get through to the office a few times after my kids' surgeriies with questions/concerns. It took FOREVER for a nurse to call me back and the advice was less than helpful. After each surgery, I ended up taking my kids to our regular pediatrition for follow-up care which worked out fine. The paperwork from Dr.
Baltimore Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
does say to call his office day or night with questions - it's just that they really don't want you to. Would I go back? Absolutely - he is excellent. I would just know better than to expect any follow-up care from the staff.

My six-year-old played with toys in the waiting room while I signed her in and requested paperwork for obtaining her medical records. She continued to play while I filled out the paperwork and we were called back to see

shortly after returning the completed forms.
Baltimore Pediatric Otolaryngologists Provider Name Locked
asked about my daughter's recovery immediately following surgery as well as how she was doing more recently (follow-up was approx. four weeks after surgery). She asked my daughter to say a few things to determine how her voice was adjusting and examined her head/neck area. Dr.
