"They did a good job with the moving, storage and delivery. After the delivery they continued to charge a monthly storage fee for 3 months and counting. This is long after we no longer had things stored. They have not returned our multiple calls. I would never use them again and our problem has still not been resolved. "

"They sent their sub contractor. They broke some glass and a table top. They added in some additional charges that I was not very happy about. I already had enough new boxes in this place and may be decided that I needed some more. They told me that I was short of the boxes. In the end they took some of the boxes that were left out. I was not as pleased as I should have been. It was not what they had originally proposed to me. It was the cost that was the problem for me. Their billing was the shady part of it. I was not happy with the way they did it and shifted around in the end. I called them regarding my complaint once but they never called me back and that was why my anger was a little high."

"Bill 
made an on-site visit beforehand and provided a careful estimate of crew time, possible moving challenges (bulky appliances, large antique table, large freestanding bookcase), and costs. His estimate was very close to the final invoice, incidentally. This is a local company familiar with the neighborhoods I moved from and to; the crew was friendly, cheerful, professional, courteous, punctual, and very careful with my goods. I even relented and entrusted them with a small and fragile antique rocker that they moved, like all my belongings, with efficiency and without damage. I have no complaints at all; this was the best moving experience I have ever had. I would be delighted to hire Bill and his crew again. Highest recommendation!"

"I moved from a 3 bedroom town home. I did all the packing beforehand and did the moving. They were very professional and punctual. They were responsive to my initial inquiries and addressed all my requests along the way, including a date change. The quote they gave me initially based on a written inventory was alomst exactly the final amount due. The move went very well and I'd definitely use them again."

" and his two-man crew arrived on time, scoped out the job with me, and got right to work. I had broken down most of the furniture the night before they arrived, but the guys quickly and efficiently wrapped up some of the items that I hadn't prepared--a fairly large TV and an entertainment center. They even offered to move things that were outside of our agreement (rugs and some boxes).
The guys broke for a half-hour lunch and for two 15-minute breaks, which I thought was very reasonable. The move lasted from 8:30 (when they called me; their arrival was 9) until approximately 1:30 or so. Compared to how long it took to pack and unpack the moving truck when I moved from Boston last fall, I found this time to be very efficient.
The guys put everything where I asked them to put it. They offered to set up furniture, but I told them that we'd do it ourselves. They were very polite and respectful every step of the way. even gave me some advice about securing porch furniture that I found to be very true and useful information.
I'm very pleased with their services and would use them again with no reservations."

"Job was originally supposed to be moving a few large pieces of furniture from our old house to our new house, but at the last minute, we decided to move about 90% of the old house's contents to the new house. The crew from did the extra work without any problem, and even scheduled time a few days later to move one particularly difficult piece that wasn't part of our original plan. The price was extremely low for the amount of work they did, particularly when compared to other quotes I received. There were scratches on a couple of pieces of furniture, but we were compensated for the damage.
We have one more batch of stuff that will need to be moved in the near future, and I won't hesitate to call these guys again."

"This was a classic example of Bait and Switch. We made our reservation on line and were prompted to save more by agreeing to do a round trip rather than one way move. Good deal! $49 (plus insurance and tax) for 24 hours' use of a cargo van with 100 free miles. We were given a confirmation number and an on-line link that stated just that and then told us we would be notified which dealership would have the van available the day before. No problem. We got that. we've rented trucks before - usually from dealers affiliated with gas stations, but we didn't worry too much when the dealer was listed as Laundromat. We arrived at the dealer (really a laundromat-liquor store in a pretty sketchy location), confirmation number in hand. The agent couldn't find the reservation and proceeded to offer us the standard rental - 19.95/day and .59/mile. I showed him the on-line confirmation on my phone. He said not all computers were the same and it needed to show up on his. I called the 800 number and the representative confirmed the $49 price. The agent still wouldn't accept it. I called the regional office and they also confirmed the price. By this time, 45 minutes had elapsed and we had a move to make. The representative from the regional office tried to call the manager but "the number was busy." The agent at the store tried to call the regional office from his phone, I tried to call from mine, and the phone kept ringing and ringing. Finally we had to agree to the higher price because the day was ticking away and we didn't have any other options. What a way to start a move! We'll never use again. "

"I added some items to the move and the team accepted that and handled it without a problem. I would recommend them for any move. More than I expected. "

"The move went very well. They were on time and ready to work, as was I. They followed me in my car to each stop, though they did have a Nav system if they got lost. At each stop we were in and out in 20 minutes, the guys were really efficient as well as courteous; and they took time to point out items of mine which already had scratches, etc., which was a thing to do. I had an issue at arrival because I had been given some dodgy directions about where we were supposed to park the truck, but they handled it in stride. In any event, They did a really good job and I tipped them well for their efforts."
