"They were amazing! Same day I called they came and rekeyed all the locks so that 1 key worked on all the locks. They also installed a new keyless lock, programmed it for me, and clearly explained to me how it worked. They also converted a few of our locks to newer more secure locks. They did a lot of work for a very reasonable amount of money! I would use them again without hesitation."

"I called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. He arrived on time and finished the work in a little more than an hour. He explained what he was doing and called my attention to things that needed to be done, such as the missing kickplate on the front door. He gave me two copies and two originals for the locks, which considering that they're all the same was great, I won't have to worry about getting copies made. He also explained which ones were which and how to tell - I always appreciate learning something about an industry. The copies were high quality. The copies you get at your average big box store these days are so terrible, I will definitely take keys to be copied there."

"Needed to change the locks after buying a house. Left 
a message and received a prompt callback to schedule an appointment for two days later. When arrived, he was very friendly. He offered , practical advice on how to secure the home. One of his suggestions saved having to rekey a few additional cylinders (less money for him, more for me). The actual work itself was completed thoroughly - the locks work great."

"I called this morning and the dispatcher was very responsive. He said he would have someone out at 7:30 this evening and the service charge would be $34. The locksmith showed up at 8:15. He worked for about 45 minutes and ended up charging us $34 plus $98 in labor (which seems a bit excessive, but I don't honestly know). After completing the work, he told us that the company doesn't take checks, only cash or credit cards. We tried to pay with a credit card, but he said that his hand-held device could not get a signal. My husband (an IT professional) looked at the hand-held machine and it appeared to be turned off. My husband suggested that he turn it on. The guy just argued that he had no signal. I suggested that he call his office and have the credit card processed that way. He refused. And he continued to refuse to take a check or call his office for assistance. We didn't have $132 in cash on hand, so the guy told us that we had to go to an ATM to get the cash. Our bank is not nearby so my husband had to use another bank's ATM (and incur $5.00 in fees) in order to pay the invoice."

"We found in the neighborhood (a local locksmith in the business for 30 years) and he quickly and efficiently replaced the locks and rekeyed the locks to one key. We were especially pleased that he did it at a third of the cost of the original locksmith we found through Angie's List.
said he would be here at a specified time and our doorbell rang right on the dot. It was a joy to work with him and we intend to use him when we replace the exterior doors, this summer.
This is the second locksmith we used in the Baltimore area and it was a much better experience than one we had with the first locksmith we located through Angie's List. The first one turned out to be an independent contractor of a general home services outfit and he could not be located when we needed him to return to repair the malfunctioning locks he installed.

"After my purse was snatched I needed to re-key four main entry doors to my house, on a Saturday. Called several other locksmiths who were too busy to come or did not work on weekends. Mr. came within three house of my call, had all the necessary machines and keys in his truck (including a rare key size for very old locks.) Two doors involved dead bolt and knob locks, one also a locking storm door. These he re-keyed so they would all work on a single key. He was efficient, fast, very professional."
