"I called and gave a description-fixing a problem with my landscaping lights and fixing a light switch. came by and spent an hour-using my switches, communicating well with me and allowing me to watch. "Since when is a credit card number required to get an appointment with an electrician? I'm not about to start giving that out over the phone, especially before any work has been done. To make matters worse, the email correspondence lacked professionalism."

" , the owner who designed the lighting arrangement, and , who installed it, both displayed a very high level of professionalism.
I want to emphasize the unusual nature of the work in the living room and dining room. This is a 100 year old house, and running wiring for lighting can be challenging. I had a previous electrician evaluate the work and make a proposal. from Tag Electric then made a series of more innovative suggestions. While he began with my overall objective of illuminate artwork, he used approaches that I had not considered. The final result was dramatically better than I had anticipated or than would have been achieved following the initial proposal. My living room has been completely transformed due to the lighting. In both locations, the living room and dining room, displayed unusual sensitivity to the aesthetics.
Although I could have had the work done for less money, the result would have left me with a number of unattractive features. Given my experience, I would give and Tag Electric my highest recommendation. (This is actually my first report for Angie's List; I was motivated to post it because I feel I had such a positive experience.)"

"I did not have them do any work. They gave me wrong information on granite countertops about the cutting in the field so I did not go with them. I felt like they should have known that since they are a kitchen remodel firm. I guess that was not their forte and they just call someone and have them custom fit it. "

"Mr. was very polite and professional. He made a diagnosis for the problem. The bulbs would work sometimes with a mind of their own, so he rewired the connections. In all it took about 30 minutes. He explained what he was thinking as he went along."

" started our bathroom the last week in august 2009. The bathroom needed to be gutted. The floor had at least 6 inches of concrete that needed to be removed. The walls were plaster and lath with ceramic tile 5 feet up (10 ft ceilings). Demolition took 4 days, followed by a week of squaring up walls and ceiling. All plumbing to the second floor bathroom above was replaced while walls were opened. There was a short delay waiting for the plumber.
All exterior walls were insulated before drywall was installed. The floor was replaced, bead board installed with tile in shower and bath
's attention to detail is excellent.
