"The job went extremely well. 
arrived for the estimate on time and provided references and other company information immediately. He had many great suggestions about the landscaping design, but listened to our ideas as well and incorporated them into the overall plan. His crew arrived on the designated day on time. It was a whirlwind of activity, and all the work in the beds was quickly finished. The initial plan in the yard was to apply sod only to some troublesome areas - about 30% of the lawn. However, after tilling these areas it quickly became clear that the rest of the yard would either need sod, or we would need to reseed the entire lawn. We decided to sod, and 80% of the work was completed on that first day. He came back a few days later (rain prevented him from coming earlier) and finished the job. We were fortunate in that it rained nearly every day for a week, so the plantings have taken very well and everything looks great. We are very satisfied with the work done. and his crew were extremely professional, and the job came out even better than we hoped. We would definitely use him again."

"I found this company on Angie's List. I decided to go with this company on the day of our estimate without really shopping around for other landscapers, so I can't completely speak to how high or low the price was. However, what I can say is that we had A LOT of work completed in a VERY short time. They were honest, hardworking, and respectful of our neighbors. They did the work quickly. They are friendly and easy to deal with. When I decided to hold off on a few of our projects at the last minute, there were no hassles. I can say without hesitation that the end product was impressive."

" was pleasant to deal with. He was prompt in scheduling an estimate, and the price was good. The new area for trash cans was very satisfactory. The weeding and removal of ivy were also well-done. However, it took much longer than expected for the lawn to be installed. I was told that the local supplier of zoysia grass was being "slow" in delivering the order. Later, I was told that had discovered that the zoysia grass was actually delivered to an "old address" for Lanscaping, and did not realize that it was just sitting there. That apparently caused the plugs of zoysia grass to dry out. Nevertheless, the plugs were installed. The re-grading of the back yard removed the topsoil, leaving poor quality soil. Some still pooled near the deck, instead of draining towards the . Most of the zoysia grass did not survive. It also appeared not to have been planted as closely-spaced as expected. The owner promised to re-plant new zoysia grass, but it was weeks before he did so. When the additional zoysia grass was planted, most of it did not survive, despite daily watering and use of the fertilizer that was recommended. The small strip of sod placed in the front lawn was of poor quality and did not survive. Ultimately, I selected another landscaper to: re-grade the back lawn, add some topsoil, replace what remained of the zoysia grass with Tall Fescue sod, and replace the dead sod in the front yard."

"In the end I decided to go with another landscaper highly rated on angie's list because the bid was not competitive. I chose to use the other landscaper because they were able to do all of this work for considerably less money than bid on your project. Of the 4 bids I received, was by far the highest ($4200). "

"I received a visit at my home on March 18, 2010, just a few days after I called for an appointment. I liked the landscaping advice that I was given. Six days later, I got a written estimate by e-mail. On April 12th, the landscaping was started and finished, just three weeks after my first, personal visit from them. Most of the new sod is thriving, and I was assured by the owner that any pieces of sod that stay brown will be replaced. The flower beds and the lawn have never looked better."
