"100% Satisfaction!!! and his crew are great to work with! Very friendly, professional, timely, clean, quiet, and non-smokers. They made sure floors and cabinets were covered so as not to harm finish. They were on time - always! Kept in touch via phone on a daily basis. Helped with colors and material choices. Kept within my budget. No costs or problems. Happily worked with me when I needed to leave town for family funeral. Easy to talk to and happy to answer questions. Even the screws on the electrical outlets were all in the same direction. Attention to every detail! Absolutely the Best! No need to look further. You will be completely satisfied!!"

"He was very professional, explained every step of the process, gave an estimate of the time it would take and kept me updated as to the progress, and cleaned everything thoroughly afterwards."

"I did not have them do any work. They gave me wrong information on granite countertops about the cutting in the field so I did not go with them. I felt like they should have known that since they are a kitchen remodel firm. I guess that was not their forte and they just call someone and have them custom fit it. "

"They were recommended to me by my friends. They were extremely good. They were the most efficient and reasonably priced. They were incredibly efficient and very neat. They were breaking through a wall and were very good with protecting the rest of the kitchen. I liked what they did. They had also done drywall work for me some time back. "

"This is my first remodeling project and it could not have gone better. The budget was spot on with the estimate, the contractor (Ed ) was very flexible with scheudling the job and everything was installed within the estimated timeline. I especially appreciated how Mr. was very friendly and responsive to my questions about the project. He offered great suggestions and was very willing to go along with my requests. The owner of the business, Mr. , estimated the job and was on site every day doing the work along with his guys. Both of the subcontractors Mr. used for electrical and plumbing work were top notch. Absolutely no complaints. I will use contracting again."

" was pleasant to work with, punctual and priced the job fairly. There were some challenges along the way in an 80 year old house. His referral for the retailer selling the cabinets was excellent to work with and did a fine job helping with the many choices that needed to be made. Some custom touches required 's carpentry and cabinetry making skills that came out quite nicely. Overall, the job turned out well and we would use again."

"The job started on time and the first week went very well and I was told by the carpenter the job would be completed the next week on Tues or Wed, 2 days ahead of schedule. I arrived home Fri night to find that they did not use drop cloths to protect the carpet on the stairs and they put a hole in the wall in the hallway. I was going to tell the carpenter on Monday when he called me to let me know he had a charity event and would not be at my house that day. I called the office and reported the stains on the carpet and the hole in the wall. The next day the carpenter apologized and let me know the stairs would be cleaned and the hole repaired. Great. Then, during the 2nd week, they applied the wrong grout. I had purchased green grout for the green glass tile and tan grout for the tan tile. They used the green grout on the tan tile. I called the carpenter and he told me that it could and would be fixed, but it would set them back a day. Not an issue, but now we are in the third week. The third week started fine, and on Tues I was told it was just about completed and asked where I wanted the toilet paper holder. That and some grout touch ups were the final things and the bathroom was done. Then, no one showed up Wed, Thurs and Fri. They only one who did was the owner, , who wanted the final payment. He did a final walk through and we had minor things to complete which he was aware of. He told me the carpenter had his anniversary and that is why he had not been there. I gave the final payment on the Friday of the third week. That was my fault - I should never have done that. I was promised by the owner that the carpenter would be there Monday and the job would be finished. That did not happen. I arrived home to find that nothing had been done and the carpenter left me a message letting me know that some guys did not show up at another job they started, so they could not come to my house. I called immediately and let him know that I felt stupid for giving him the final payment and the issue with the new job was not my problem. I let him know that I paid for my work and I should be the priority. He did not even know that they carpenter had not shown up. It was finally completed in week 4, 7 days longer than the promised 10 days to complete the job. The work is beautiful and I am so happy with it, but I feel the carpenter they hired was very unprofessional and the job could have been completed so much sooner if he had actually worked. For the amount that I paid, which did not include tile, fixtures, tub, etc, they are way too expensive for this to have happened."

" was great! He was prompt in responding to my initial requests and issued an estimate (that he stuck to) within a day of surveying the site. He worked with my timeline (did not blow me off after it took me a few weeks of budget-working and readying the project) and completed the project exactly when he said he would.
showed up promptly each morning at 8:30 for four days, communicated whenever he foresaw a problem with the project, and cleaned up after himself completely on the last day (not to mention making sure the project site was as neat as possible at the end of each day - no hazards or safety concerns left hanging around).
Having worked with a separate plumber and electrician (recommendations from friends), I sorta regret that I didn't use for the entire project - it probably would have gone smoother! I'm a home rehab newbie and didn't realize how unreliable contractors can be. I can safely say - of the 3 different individuals I used for my entire kitchen rehab - was by far the most professional. His price was very competitive, and working with him was a great experience!"

"When I decided to go with for the job, he was able to have his guys start the project the following week, which was the fastest response I've ever had from anyone. His people were fast, clean, friendly and they worked extremely hard. Because this is our only bathroom, I was concerned with how long it would be out of service. understood this and even had his men work through a weekend during which we weren't home in order to complete the project quickly.
I left some details up to , and he as very good about asking me relevant questions. Additionally, after the project was completed, we heard a small leak which we surmised was coming from the toilet. I called and he said that he would send someone out. His men came out, located the problem (old wax ring), fixed it and were gone in under 20 minutes. I am still marveling at how easy fixing this and the entire experience were!
My bathroom looks better than I could have ever hoped. I had put off remodeling it for two years because I was afraid of the hassle of having to hire a contractor. This seems ridiculous now given the experience I had with : painless, easy, inexpensive, friendly and efficient. His ingenuity and hard work have won me over and I would be delighted to use his services again."
