great at the first part of the sale. After i paid in full at the first
visit I called her 8 times with no response. She had told me that all
items would be delivered 5 to 7 buisness days. After 3 weeks i started
to get woried so, this when i started to call her. after my many calls
and no response, i showed up at the show room and she dismissed me by
saying that she had been busy, with no appoligy and after several more
calls after that visit. i finally received my items.
After this experience, i thought well maybe my expectations were too high and i let it go.
So, i walk into the studio today at 4:20 pm and as i am walking in 2 other clients are leaving quickly. I ask for
a gentlemen as he is walking out , says we are closed. I let him know your
door posted hours and website say 4:30p is closing. He looks at me an
laughs and says Good Luck and leaves without assisting me. I then
encounter a dark haired women who looks at me as if i am a homeless man
begging off the street. I ask for
closed and lingers around for about a minute and then goes to get

be back. they both told me similar stories and they would never shop
there again as well.
I saddened, i really like to support local businesses and the lack of customer service and follow through prevent me from supporting this one.
Wow so sad, i wonder if the owner knows?
We purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" from to go smooth, based on our meeting. We told him we were ready to start ASAP, and he thought he could start within a couple of days.
Since we ponied-up the cash for a job the contractor was actively advertising, I would say, yes, this should count in the category of "services provided."
The employees where extremely professional, prompt and and timely. They kept in formed with timelines and milestones. The overall process was extremely easy to work through. I would gladly hire them again.
As mentioned above, I ordered upgraded floor tiling. According to the description of the deal, this was to be offered at the marginal cost to the provider for the better materials. It was not clear how he was handling that, nor did I get clarification when I inquired.
Of course, I was locked in for the price of the deal, and that imparted some coercion for me to comply. He did say, though, that he wanted me to be happy with the job.
After all was said and done, I had a beautiful, well-functioning shower. There is one complaint about the workmanship: they left the walls and floor covered with a
