"Very well -
Baltimore Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
identified things that we would not have been able to identify on our own. Only problem... we hired him after we already closed on our house. Biggest lesson learned as a first time home buyer... even if the home is a new construction (and got all permits, etc.) - GET YOUR OWN INSPECTION DONE.

was super cool, very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and was able to provide a list of recommended sources to help us fix the problems he found. He was a general contractor for several years, so he knows his business. He knows the shortcuts contractors try to take. We will most definitely use
Baltimore Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
for all future home inspections.

"Hired them to do a home inspection for a newly purchased home. In addition to a home inspection I also paid for mold and radon testing. Upon arrival at the home, the home inspector was clearly in a rush and hurried through the job and as a result missed many items. He kept telling us his credentials and how qualified he is. First, there was a discolored ceiling in the dining room from a leak in the roof that he totally missed. By the window in the dining room, the paint was separating slightly from the wood. Both of these were from water damage and required extensive expense to fix. He missed both. I paid for mold testing and was told there is no mold in the home to "swab." So they only took an air sample. Again, he must have been rushed as there was mold growing on the wall in the bathroom by the mirror in the master bathroom. I cleaned that and thought that was the end of it but today I had my air ducts cleaned and they found boatloads of mold in the air ducts and vents which was clearly visible to the eye and should have been caught by the home inspector. So it is clear, because he overbooked himself for the day, he was rushed and missed this. This also cost me a lot of money to fix. Originally when I contacted

I was planning on doing a lead inspection also but the home inspector convinced me not to. It turns out when I needed to repair the windows from the water leak he should have caught, the paint on the outside of the home was lead. Lead safe installation added an additional $1000 to my cost. In the end I hired someone else to test the entire home and I wish I would have done it from the outset and not listened to the home inspector as the entire exterior is lead positive. I have tried contacting

multiple times without success and they do not call back. I would not have purchased this home if the home inspector did his job! They totally mislead me about the status of my home.

arrived on time and gave us an overview of how he was going to conduct the home inspection. He began on the exterior and roof. Then we moved into the basement to inspect the systems and progressed upstairs to the main living areas, bedrooms, and lastly, the attic. He pointed out areas that needed repair and gave full explanations to the scope and nature of the areas of the house that needed attention. He was thorough and performed the work in an unhurried manner. The inspection report was complete with issues of safety, repair, and monitoring."

"My initial contact via phone was with Mrs

was quick to return my call and set up the inspection. He showed up on time. He took his time (approx. 3 hours) and did a very thorough inspection. He identified several relatively minor problems with the house and taught us a lot about the house we subsequently bought. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. (The home sellers would say he was too picky but I view this as a strength). After the inspection, he returned phone calls and answered questions about his report. I would definitely use him again for a home inspection. (Price was 1% of home value)."
