Very professional and nice on the phone, still waiting for comforter and dress to come back but stated might take a couple weeks. They picked up my items for free and will also drop off.

They do both dry cleaning and alteration and I had some of my shirts taken in. They are incredibly friendly and have some of the best prices in the area. In terms of quality, I had no problems. I definitely will go to them in the future.

I brought shirts, pants, underwear and socks. They did a good job. They hung all of the shirts up seperately on hangers which was nice. I told them about some stains on the shirts but they said they do check for that. They folded the pants, underwear and socks and wrapped them all seperately. The soap that they use has a nice smell to it too. I was very impressed with this facility and how clean they are. I absolutely plan on using them again. Two of the pairs of pants that I took there had some holes that need to be patched up.

My former dry cleaner never could remove all the stains from my down comforter; the last time I picked it up from them, it smelled of cleaning fluid.

Cleaners picked up my king-sized down comforter on 8/9/11 from my front doorstep, and returned the comforter to my front doorstep on 8/23/11 as promised. It had no

of the cleaning fluid smell we'd experienced with our former dry cleaner. In fact, it smelled as if it had been sun-dried.

Even if they didn't offer pick up and drop off service, I would

drive to their site and recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with their service. They walked me to my car and carried the clothes for me. They used hangers to hang the clothes and also used paper to keep the clothes in proper shape. I took a lot of clothes for dry cleaning. I had several gowns and I had jackets that went with some gowns. I had 2 rayon outfits. It was like a long dress and a top that went over it. I took one of my gowns in which I performed. They were careful about the material of cloth, as I had some rayon outfits and they cleaned them properly. I had taken my clothes to other cleaners and I was not pleased with them. I didn?t have to wait when I went back. They had my clothes cleaned within a couple of days. I took my clothes to them on a Monday and got it back on a Saturday, as I needed my clothes because of a concert that I had. The price charged by them was fair. I had a 2 piece rayon dress that I sent to another cleaner and I was very disappointed when I got the dress back, as it looked like the color had faded. It was a purple dress and looked very dull when I wore it. However,

Brite Cleaners restored the color of my dress. I was surprised, as I had never heard of the company before and they had a number of women working for them. There was a manager who was a lady and she was looking at the materials to see as to what could be done. They were fast too. When I went back to pick up the clothes, I stood on the lawn as I thought that I had to wait for a long time. However, I didn?t have to wait as they had enough people working for them. They were very cordial and treated us well. I was pleased with them with my first visit itself. I had a jeweled buckle put on my gown over the navel part by the store from where I bought the gown from. So, they had to take that off and put it back on while dry cleaning the gown. I am curious to see if the gown fits me well after dry cleaning it. I would give them high

. I would take my best clothes to them. They also cleaned one of my gowns that had sequins on it. Some of the sequins came off, but the gown still looks nice. I would have probably lost the gown if I had taken to the other place. I would particularly take my rayon clothes to them. There were a lot of people when I went to pick my clothes and I know that if they hadn?t done a good job, then those people wouldn?t have been there. I didn?t know that they had a store over there, as it looks like a small place from outside and they do the cleaning services at the back. They seemed to be precise with what they were doing.

When I went to pick up my tablecloths and napkins, I found a *new* stain on the antique tablecloth (it looked like a burn
Baltimore Dry Cleaners Provider Name Locked
, although it did ultimately come out); several of its matching napkins still retained their original stains. I asked them to re-do the tablecloth and napkins, which they agreed to do. I then took home the white damask tablecloth and napkins. Upon further examination at home, I found that the white damask tablecloth and napkins also retained most of their original stains. I took these back to
Baltimore Dry Cleaners Provider Name Locked
and they agreed to re-do them, too. When I got the antique tablecloth back, I found that
Baltimore Dry Cleaners Provider Name Locked
had, indeed, gotten all the stains out. However, they had starched the napkins and, in the process, had skewed them into trapezoidal shapes (as opposed to the squares they really were) that wouldn't fold evenly. They also had ironed some of the scalloped edges partially over the main part of the napkin and rumpled the cut-work. When I went to pick up the re-done damask tablecloth and napkins, I found the napkins in the same condition as the antique ones (clean, but in skewed shapes). The tablecloth, however, hadn't been re-done at all (it still had the same stains and wrinkles it had originally), even though they presented it as "done". So, I took the napkins home and asked them to re-do the tablecloth *again*. I finally got that back, too, with stains removed at last, even if it was overly starched. The only reason I give them a grade of "D" rather than "F," is because of their willingness to take everything back to re-do and that they did ultimately remove all the stains.

Baltimore Dry Cleaners Provider Name Locked
is good, fast and friendly. In my years of using
Baltimore Dry Cleaners Provider Name Locked
, I've only had one problem -- a shirt that was torn during dry cleaning -- and
Baltimore Dry Cleaners Provider Name Locked
readily agreed to pay for a replacement. The owners are nice and friendly and very responsive. If you need the dry cleaning within 24 hours, they'll get it back to you within 24 hours. Otherwise, they'll have it in no more than 2 days.

They do a good job, and they are dirt cheap. They do not sew on buttons or mend damaged clothing. They use fresh dry cleaning fluid, and the clothes are always clean, which is not always the case at other discount cleaners.

I was happy to find them. It's a nice and clean shop. The people are friendly, and they do great work. We had one mix-up. I sent in a 2 piece dress for same day service that I was planning to wear to an out of state funeral the following day. When I arrived to pick it up, they'd only cleaned the dress, not the matching jacket. They promised to have it ready first thing the following morning, which they did. It was a bit of a hassle for me, but they were truly sorry for my inconvenience and cleaned the dress at no charge. Except for this incident, I've been consistently satisfied with their work ever since.

You can't beat ZIPS' prices. Since I've started using them, I figure I've cut my dry cleaning bill by one-half to two-thirds. They aren't always really good at removing spots on silks, so it's best to check those before you leave. They've always recleaned them for free for me without complaint, but still, it means an extra trip to the dry cleaner's - a 20-minute trek. In June, they ruined a two piece linen suit after they sprayed it with chemicals that discolored it. ZIPS initially wasn't going to reimburse me because I no longer had my sales receipt for a garment that I'd bought 12 months previously. But after I talked to

, the owner, he got the remaining spots out of the skirt, and agreed to reimburse me for a new linen jacket of comparable quality. This is a reasonable compromise. However, after 4 months, I have yet to get the money. I have to keep calling (or stopping in) and reminding them. I'm told they will mail me a check next week.
