"They are usually right on time. They get me in and out quickly. It?s easy to make an appointment. The staff is friendly. I?ve never had any problems. There are around eight or ten doctors over there and a couple of nurse practitioners. I see Dr 
who is one of the doctors over there. I?ve always seen him. He is very friendly and personable. He is knowledgeable. He is very responsive when I call and ask questions. I would use his services again in the future."

"I went to my regular doctor's office at the time. Dr. was substituting for the day so I had never met her before. I came in because of a very scary experience the night before when I woke up from sleep with strange sensations in my chest and a numb arm. To provide some context, it was a very difficult time in my life-I had been job hunting for 5 months with no success, had a horrible break up a few months before and had started experiencing a lot of weird health problems (pains in the chest, a bout of vertigo) AND had no health insurance. I was very stressed out to say the least. Dr. had no desire to try to understand my circumstances and provided no empathy. She used medical jargon telling me that I had experienced an "episode of syncope" but did not explain what that was. She also diagnosed a heart murmur and told me I needed to see a cardiologist and that "it could be nothing" or it could be something that might progress over time to the point where I might need heart surgery. She was very impatient with me and I gave me the feeling that my problems were inconsequential. She gave me the impression that I was completely wasting her time and that there were others with much worse problems than mine. I asked her if she could put me on an anti-anxiety medication because I had tried, but was finding it hard to cope with the stress in my life and she told me to just "go for a run." She finally and reluctantly did prescribe me Zoloft. This meeting had such a profound effect on me that I remember it vividly to this day. In my opinion this doctor is completely lacking in her empathic skills and the ability to treat her patient as a whole person. I would strongly avoid her."

"While the doctors are pleasant and competent, the office staff is neither competent nor professional. It is sometimes almost impossible to reach the office by telephone. While the office's website offers the opportunity to request appointments electronically, this system is actually not operational. They do not call back even when they promise to do so. I called for an appointment in June and was offered a date in October. They close the office earlier than the posted hours almost every day. Their incompetence has meant that I have gone without two important medications because they could not arrange for refills or get me an appointment within the life of the prescriptions. In short, they have caused me medical difficulties because of the extremely poor standard of their office management. don't go here!"

"Dr. is very thorough and accessible. He is a very good general practitioner. He knows when to refer and gives good referrals. His nurse is professional and friendly. It is convenient because the lab and x-rays are in the same building, so if he sends you for tests it is very convenient."

"He is wonderful he is young and dynamic, I started actually with his father originally. I was having some problem with weakness and blurred vision and he was the doctor that discovered that I have diabetes. He recently, about 4 yrs. ago I was falling all over the place and having shortness of breath, he did all kinds of test to try to get to the bottom of this and he sent me to a neurologist to get a correct diagnosis of a condition I have, he was very instrumental in getting that taken care of for me. He is one of very few doctors with a specialty to treat hypertension and cholesterol."

"Dr. has time set aside for sick child visits, so we were seen right away. The office was busy, but we were taken in quickly and only had to wait a little bit before someone came in to see us. The waiting room is very clean and there are two separate play areas with lots of toys. We were seen by a nurse and the doctor. They tested the urine in the office and were able to detect the infection right away. Additionally, they sent it to the lab to be tested further in case there were any complications. They prescribed medication and we were on our way. I always feel like they really listen to what I have to say and spend whatever time is necessary with us to discuss all of our concerns. Even if I bring something up which is not the original reason for the visit. They always spend that time speaking with me. They all have great humor and we always feel that they respect our decisions regardless of whether we are following their advice."
