"I met Dr. after experiencing some tooth pain due to a poor job by another dentist resulting in the need for a root canal and replacement crown. She was able to diagnose the issue quickly and prepared a treatment plan for me that she explained thoroughly; her referrals for the root canal and oral surgery were great also. Dr. ...more completes very detailed cleanings and makes no-nonsense oral hygiene recommendations (e.g. I've never felt like she was trying to up-sale me to do something just for the heck of it)."

"It went okay, the temporary crown kept coming out and that was kind of a drag. I was a little disappointed with the overall experience. He was not available and didn't make any effort to fix the temporary crown, I had to deal with it myself. Once you get to the appointment he is usually pretty much ready for you. His assistant keeps yacking away about ...more her own personal stuff while you're sitting there so that brings his chair side manner down. The permanent crown was good that he did. The billing is confusing, I'm a little confused as to what I owe him. I am not sure if I'm going to go back or not yet. "

"He, his wife, and his staff are very personable. You don't feel like a number in his office. They give you their full attention. They are very likable. He is a little bit New Agey and does a bit of handholding, which I'm not particularly fond of. He believes that some things can be solved by his staff holding hands with you."
