"I did not have them do any work. They gave me wrong information on granite countertops about the cutting in the field so I did not go with them. I felt like they should have known that since they are a kitchen remodel firm. I guess that was not their forte and they just call someone and have them custom fit it. "

"These people probably do more countertops in Baltimore than anybody else. They fabricate everything at White Marsh and they are busy. The measuring guy and I decided that the large piece could go into the elevator. He specified that 2 additional people should be there to raise one end so it would fit in the elevator. When the top got there they had 6 guys but the leader immediately decided that they would not do it this way. I think he was flexing his authority over the template guy. They wound up taking the top back and cutting it and installing it later that day. I have to live with a seamed top instead of the one I was promised. The installation was rushed and the two people who came back with the top were in a huge hurry. The installation shows the rush. I think they mainly do new construction and I was not impressed. For instance they spent 3 minutes wiping on sealer and missed a lot. We sealed the countertops ourselves later. The backsplashes are a poor fit. The countertops are just placed over the cabinets. No silicone or epoxy. Just held by their weight. Unless you get a lot better price from these guys I would try some of the smaller shops."

" was recommended to me by my plumber, Pat O' of O' Plumbing (another excellent company who I will also recommend). I can sum up all the details of the project in a few sentences. designed the kitchen and completed the project with one helper and a few subs. He came in AHEAD OF SCHEDULE and UNDER BUDGET. They cleaned up the work area every day and kept all dust and debrise contained within the area they were working in. Throughout the entire project, we were never without working appliances to prepare meals. In fact, we did not eat out once. We went through the budget each week to see where we were with expenditures for labor and materials. Everything was transparent. The whole process was enjoyable and non-stressful. We also worked with 's wife, C. , who is a certified Interior Designer (whom I will also give a separate recommendation.. She gave us excellent advise on color and material choices that really brought the whole project together."

"Overall, it went very well. Their price was thousands of dollars below estimates I received from other home improvement companies. The owner, Vural ( ) Eral is very pleasant to work with and professional. He installed the countertops despite an unexpected delay in paying him. But, isn't great on details. There were ramifications of my choice that I didn't realize until the work was completed. For instance, I wasn't told that my sink doesn't come with a drainer. It would have been easy to order that piece when I signed the contract. In addition, choosing granite (as opposed to laminate) countertops means that the tops will have to be cut off by 's crew every time I need access to my washing machine and dryer. has assured me that his crew will come out at no charge to remove and reinstall the counter. That's a satisfactory solution. To be fair, said that this was the first time he'd encountered these particular design challenges."

"We thought the project went well as possible. There was a holdup with our framing contractor. The project took longer then expected but Mr. was very patient during the wait. Our family is extremely happy the way everything turned out. We feel that without 's flow of ideas and building expertise, we would never have gotten the value or quality we know. We knew very little about design and want to thank for his patience, knowledge and expertise. We give him a very deserved A+ ."

"The $26k cost included installation and materials (no electric or HVAC), excluding flooring material and kitchenette cabinets/countertop material, for the following: 1) Exercise room with wood floor laminate installation, 2) Sump pump closet, 3)Bath with tile shower and floor (tile materials not included), 4) installation (not materials) of a 12x8 "kitchenette" minus the range and oven (not allowed by Baltimore County code) with a tile floor, 5) Large media room, and 6) A home office, as well as 7) Finishing the original basic stairs with rails and trim. Painting was not included, but gave me a great reference for painters who painted everything for about $1500 (2 coats). and his workers (all family) were fantastic and completely trustworthy. He is a craftsman, and takes pride in doing things well. He does a lot of extra things and does not add charges for them. He completed everything on the punch list at the end to my complete satisfaction. A+++!"

"Very well done. Worked with the owner, who discussed the pros and cons of different materials. The owner installed the countertop himself, and the job was complete within a week. Good attention and service and a reasonable price, even though the job was small."

"The tile work was done very well. But the job took way too long - 15 months - and the final bill was a shocking 232% of the estimate. The estimate was under $9,000 and the final bill totaled to $20,903.42. There were no unforeseen problems with the work that caused this overage and I did not select items (tile and plumbing fixtures) that were significantly more expensive than the estimate. During the long period when the work was being done, I checked with several times that we were in budget and every time he told me that were were in budget. The final bill was a shock and contrary to everything he told me during the job. He has not given me any line item final bill listing his time worked, or material actual cost as compared to estimated cost. He is now calling me and screaming at me on the telephone. I have paid $14,358.42 for this $9,000 job so far and the remaining $7,000 is in dispute. He even made a mathematical error on the bill."

"Their prices were very competitive. Their service was fantastic! The counter tops were delivered when they said they were going to be. The counter tops fit beautifully, they did have to make a few adjustments, but those were completed timely manner. We are very pleased with their work!"
