He said I could. He was very cordial, seeming to be the sort of person one would enjoy knowing. He quoted a starting rate of $85. He called the next day to say he had fixed the computer and I could come get it. The charge was, as quoted, $85. It was a very good experience. I will definitely call

when my next computer problem arises."
