"The carpet cleaning was fine it is what happened today that was the problem. Several months ago I used this company and was satisfied with their service. There were some spots that came back up but the carpet stains I believe are in the pad and that is not their fault. BUT today I received an email from the President of the company soliciting money for a political fundraising event. I would be unhappy no matter who the candidate was because he should not be using his client database for this type of activity. SO beware, give this company your personal information with care they don't respect it at all."

"We used an Angie's List coupon, which gave us a small discount. Reviews for in-home cleaning were excellent. The company advertises customer drop-off and pick-up services, but they seemed confused when we asked about it. We delivered the carpet to the company, and picked it up when the job was complete. This took more than a week. I admit I have no understanding of the economics of carpet cleaning, but that seemed like too much time for the price paid. The carpet was adequately (but not perfectly) clean - remnants of a crusted stain in one corner still remained."

"Two technicians arrived right on schedule. The company called a day before to remind us they were coming. We were given instructions of what we had to move, and what they would move (just about everything but the electronics, which I removed, and some small breakables.).
and came in with their equipment confirmed we were having carpets cleaned int he living room, the hallway and the master bedroom. These carpets (wall to wall) are over 30 years old. was surprised they were in such good condition, but stained and dirt encrusted (we have had dogs all those years).
They did a great job. asked if we would like the carpeting stain protected and odorized. It was an extra $70.00 to do both treatments to all the carpets - (That is included in the price above).
When finished, your furniture is on small styrofoam or plastic wedges to keep both the carpet safe from absorbing any colors from your furniture material. We easily removed them the next day.
The materials used as "Green coded" and safe to walk on and for your pets to walk on, even before dry.
I had an extra throw rig (circular and 5 feet in diameter cleaned as well for an extra $12.50 -- included in price above. Cleaning only would have been $214.00.
They cleaned quickly, and left everything in excellent shape. That carpets look great."

"The two area rugs were dropped off at their location 2.5 weeks before he came to clean the basement carpet. He called to say he was going to show up early to clean the carpet. He brought the two area rugs with him (no extra charge). Since we have a basement window, he snaked the hose threw the window instead of going through the house. He spotted all of the stained areas and then proceeded to steam clean the carpet. We had some bikes down there that he moved around and then put the bikes on styrofoam pieces so that the carpet could dry underneath. My parents came over the next day (very fussy people!) and commented on how nice the carpet looked (they said it looked brand new!). We are very pleased with the job they did and will higher them again in a heart beat!"

"He was right on time and here about 2 hours. Very professional and flexible. There was absolutely no cleaner residue smell (which I loved.) The carpets were almost dry when he finished and the carpet pile was pulled up and fluffy like it was when it was new. I would absolutely use him again!"

The estimate was reasonable but when he showed up and looked for himself he said the charge would be less than he had quoted (have you ever heard of that?!). "I used the website to get an estimate and schedule an appointment-it was very easy, and the estimate was fairly accurate (I had not originally intended to get the protectant, but decided to add it at the time of service). I was contacted once to verify the estimate, and to confirm the time of the appointment. I scheduled the appointment for about 3 days out; there were lots of available appointment times, so it was easy to find a time that fit with my schedule. I received a call that morning to confirm their arrival time. The two men who performed the cleaning were very professional and did an excellent job. They did a good job explaining the drying time frame, and when to remove the little furniture protectors, etc. They did a great job putting protectors under all my wood and delicate furniture. While they were cleaning, a supervisor also showed up to review their performance. Overall, I was very pleased with the cleaning and the overall experience."
