Within a week the freon had leaked again. More than 50 calls we attempted, numerous busy signals, voice mail not working but finally spoke to owner who repeatedly promised to get back out. After more than a month, a tech finally came out, confirmed the second leak and recharged. This charge also failed.

was terrific! One trip to quickly diagnose the issue another to replace the part. He even squeezed us in before a long weekend trip and desperate to do a load of laundry. He was able to charge a card and email a receipt directly from his iPad which is extremely convenient in the age of no cash. My wife and I will definitely be calling him for any appliance repair in the future.

He was great. Very friendly and professional.Adjusted doors on fridge and cleaned coils
, cleaned dishwasher. Checked washer and dryer and did one belt job which was a bit extra. All appliances are old so I felt good about doing this.

We are having

repair an appliance for us under warranty with Jenn-Air. We have had very poor communication from this company. They had our appliance for over a week with no communication. When I finally called, I found out they were waiting for a part on back order. I called Jenn-Air (one phone call) and the part was shipped to them that same day. A little effort on their part would have gone a long way to getting this warranty repair completed in a timely fashion. The part arrived today as scheduled. Apparently, the part will take over 24 hours to install and test. They also apparently do not work on the weekends, as delivery and reinstallation of our appliance has been pushed back from Friday to Monday.

I recently bought a house with a front load washer and front load dryer. After about a month the washer stopped draining water so I called

is a one man show but he was punctual, very nice and very clean. The first visit was about $100 at which time he told me that the motor likely needed to be changes and it would total about %$400 if he had to change the motor. He said this is a common problem with front load washers. He also said there was a possibility that he could remove whatever object was locking up the motor but that wasn't likely. He said he would call back once he ordered the motor and got it in which he did promptly. He credited the $100 from the first visit toward the cost of replacement and also gave a discount for using Angie's List. Very nice and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I called
Baltimore Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
to service a washing machine which miraculously survived a flooded basement. I was luck to catch the engineer in my area that day. He was very courteous on the phone and reassured me that the call out fee of $80 would go to any repairs if needed. He was at my house within an hour.
He showed great competence and had the washing machine front removed within a few minutes. He answered all my questions and provided some very valuable information to help me keep my washing machine running longer. He also worked on a dryer as he waited for the washing machine to run through a quick cycle. Again shown great expertise in disassembling the dryer and diagnosing the issue.
With an Angie's List coupon I was only charged $65. I was very impressed by his professionalism and competence and would definitely recommend

THE 10% DISCOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE $95.00 SERVICE FEE FOR COMING TO THE HOUSE. this fee goes toward the bill IF you get the repair. If you do not get the repair, you pay $95.00 without the discount.
There are two temperature dials inside my refrigerator - one marked 'refrigerator' and the other marked' freezer'. The first thing I noticed was soft ice cream in the freezer. So I turned the freezer dial to '0' waited 10 second and turned it up again. Compressor did not come on. I called on Friday morning, told him my freezer was not working and he gave me an appointment on Monday morning.
Monday he arrived on time - turned the REFRIGERATOR dial to '0', waited 10 seconds and turned the dial to up to normal temperature. The compressor came on. He explained that the REFRIGERATOR dial is the thermostat and the freezer dial controls a vent to the freezer. I asked him, WHY didn't he mention this to me on Friday? He said, he could not tell what the problem was until he saw the refrigerator. YET, it was the first thing he did, after he arrived.
The previous 3 day storm had knocked out one of the circuit breakers and had effected the refrigerator - even though the refrigerator was not on that circuit. I asked

- could this have been the problem? He said possibly, but because the refrigerator was working now, there was no way to tell. I was tired of not having a refrigerator and decided to go with the repair. No one will ever know if the repair was actually needed, = since the suggestion of turning the REFRIGERATOR dial to '0', wait 10 seconds, and turn the refrigerator on to see of the compressor comes on, was NOT made on Friday. Had the refrigerator ran properly on Friday, I would have made an appointment for Tuesday and cancelled it on Monday if the refrigerator was still working. This is my idea of helpful service. the problem is that he would not make money doing this. I am positive this is the reason for the withholding of information until I was on the hook for $95.00.
I checked off "yes" I would use him again, because there is no 'Maybe" box. IF there was a 'maybe' box, I would have checked it. My experience with appliance repair people in the past is like the one described above. He is more personable, but no different than any other appliance repair person I've met.

He was great, quick, very helpful. Cleaned out vent for dryer; replaced hoses on washer, cleaned out dishwasher and made recommendations about keeping it cleaner (those packets of soap have too much soap in them causing build up - use liquid or powder and fill only halfway)

Repairs to anyone searching for a washing machine repair. He was up front and honest about pricing. Our washing machine is older and he spent time ensuring that it was completely repaired and when we unfortunately encountered an unrelated issue with our washing machine and determined we would have to purchase a new one,

apologized and refunded us. He did not have to do this but did because he has a passion for his field. Thanks

The service window was supposed to be starting at 1:30. I got a call an hour before saying the technician had finished a previous job early and could come earlier. I was not able to be at home until 1:30, so he courteously showed up at exactly that time.
He was polite, considerate (put covers on his boots before walking on my floors), and prepared to do the job, and it went very quickly. I had previously purchased the needed parts with the idea I would install them myself. He did not have a problem with this and was able to work with what I had purchased.
The overall cost (before the Angie's List deal I had purchased kicked in) was $188, which could be seen as a bit steep for about 20 minutes of labor when the parts were supplied by me. However, I was so happy to get the work done at last that I didn't question it. It was overall a great experience.
