"The representative set the appointment on Sep 25. I asked if he/she could not send someone sooner then that, and was told no. We told the service person would arrive between 8-12:00. I was transferred to another department to cancel the repair and then transferred to another department to cancel the warrantry. I went back to Angies List and chose an A rated Appliance Repair, and was told they would come out the next day. I can understand someone falling behind in their work, but feel it is not acceptable to place the customer back to the beginning of the waiting list, and not be on the list for the next day, when they fail to show up. I also think the courtesy of a phone call noting that no one was coming should be standard operating procedure. They are in my personal dog house and I will not call them in the future."

"He came on schedule and replaced the oven igniter, a burner igniter and fixed a handle, as well as sweeping under the oven drawer and getting the drawer to slide properly.
