"Horrible experience. They were quick to get out when they were done and after they left I saw why. The younger of the two guys left deep scratches in my brand new Pergo laminate floor in the kitchen and in the bedroom where he used a metal ladder to reach my ceiling vents. The scratches are so deep they cannot be repaired and sections of my floor need to be replaced. Not only were my floors scratched but they left the basement absolutely filthy with hundreds of metal filings all over the place. These were sharp bits of metal about 1/4 inch long from where the older guy cut two holes in my ducts at an additional charge of $90 per hole (he said it was necessary in order to clean them). The bits of metal were all over the floor, on my chairs - even in my cat's food bowl. I found some of these bits of metal upstairs. I can only guess some got stuck in their work boots (perhaps this is what ruined my new floors?) It took over an hour to clean up after these guys. The older guy also moved a cabinet to get to my return vent and instead of lifting it he just pushed it across the floor which also left a slight scratch. Thankfully that one is only minor and isn't as noticeable. I noticed later in the day that the AC wasn't working properly and realized the younger guy had left all my ceiling vents closed. I had to drag a 6 ft ladder from out of the basement and up two flights of stairs to open them. I'm not sure if the price was supposed to include cleaning the

covers but they were filthy so I took them down and cleaned them. The young guy also cleaned my dryer vent but my dryer didn't work any better. I stuck the hose of my shop vac into the dryer duct and vacuumed it myself. A LOT of lint came out of my supposedly "just cleaned" dryer duct. My dryer works a lot better now. Also, I was supposed to get a 25% discount on the dryer duct "cleaning" but they charged me the full price anyway. I needed to be sure my ducts were properly cleaned and fumigated so I ended up hiring another company to do the same job only a few days later. They were 10 times more thorough and professional."
