This made discussing special concerns and questions I had quite difficult. While the couch did look marginally better and was obviously ...more cleaner at the end of the process, for a couch that was barely 2 years old with little usage (counting all occupants of my house - no children) it still looks somewhat dirty and the cleaning did not alleviate the grayness that all couch fabric takes on over time.
