"Overall, this project went horribly. Not only did we not get the services we paid for, but we were also treated very poorly by the staff and workers. After discussing a project plan with the company in advance, they started to begin the project by digging a space for a pool. They were supposed to take care of making sure that the space, the depth and ...more width of the area, was acceptable according to the area's regulations. When we discovered that what they had dug so far was not up to code, we asked them to dig further, 3 extra feet, to meet regulation. They refused to do so without charging an additional fee, even though they were supposed to check the regulations before they began. While I was out one day, the workers came and removed all of their equipment from my home and disappeared, without completing the project. They left with my full payment and I was left with an unfinished project. They have yet to respond to any of my attempts to contact them about the matter."
