"We have been using Dr. 
and his wonderful staff for several years. They are extremely caring and to the person, they are extremely knowledgeable, customer-service oriented, and friendly. This comes from hiring good people and also from great training. We love Dr. and his staff and our dogs love being there.
One thing we love is that when we board there, our dogs are put in the play area all day if the weather permits. No being caged up all day. Overall, this is a great place. "

"They have done a good job. I have not had them do anything really exotic; they just sort of wash and brush. I like being able to drop the animal off and they do all of my pet shopping at the same time. I usually have to come back again because it takes longer but at least I am close by where I can do my shopping. I would grade them A's on every category. "

"I had a really good experience with the staff here. They asked a lot of questions about exactly how I wanted him trimmed. I was concerned about getting his ears plucked properly and cleaned, since I have had a couple of other local groomers not take care of this. They did a beautiful job and trimmed him just like I asked. They were very good working with him to make sure he wasn't nervous - in fact, he seemed to enjoy his 'day at the spa.' I will definitely take him back there next time. The price was in line with charges at other area groomers."

"First, let me mention that I scheduled a rush groom since it was our first visit ever to the salon. My dog is now two and has been groomed about every 6 weeks since he was little. We had a great groomer but they moved out of town a while ago and we have been searching for a new groomer since. I do not like to cage my dog as he is so well behaved he never needs to be. Ever since, I have tried several different groomers an haven't had success with any of them. don't get me wrong, my Yorkie got good cuts but some groomers are just rough and evil. I went to the PetsMart Salon about two weeks ago to get his nails trimmed and I have never been so freaked out by the way they handled my dog. That is a whole other story which I won't even go in to.
I have a friend who also has a small dog and recommended to me. She is very sensitive to animal needs and was very impressed by their service. I looked them up online and liked what I saw on their website. I called and booked an appointment for this past Thursday. They have beds lining the walls for all the dogs so no cages!! YAY! Because of the Petsmart experience, I was more than happy to pay the extra for the rush service. My dogs hair wasn't too long but with 100+ degree weather, I can't let him get too hot because of his hair. I dropped my dog off around 8:15am. When we walked in, since it was our first visit, I was asked all kinds of questions about what I wanted him to look like after. Some of the questions I have never had a groomer ask but it made perfect sense from an information standpoint. The salon was very clean and quiet. The groomer took him behind the reception area (you could see over the half wall into the back room). I got a call about two and a half hours later that he was ready.
I drove back to the salon (not the easiest to find on your first visit but once you know it is easy). As soon I walked in, I could see my dog perched on a bed along a back counter just hanging out watching the groomers in action. He was happy to see me. He looked so good. His coat was super soft and the groomer gave me a rundown of what had gone on (he was great for the clip but hated it when they messed with his feet). I felt like he was a kid at school because I got a full rundown of his actions. Overall, he did great. They took extra time tending to his needs (I shared the PetsMart story).
I was very impressed by their abilities. Not only did my dog come back looking cuter than ever but he seemed very happy. We will go back the next time he needs a hair cut....no doubt about it."

"As always, did a fantastic job. I have been to several groomers in town - and this is clearly the best. Most people do an adequate job of grooming poodles - i.e. looks good, but something just isn't right, the ears are too long or the tail is too short. My mini poodle always looks top notch after a visit here. Also, their prices are very reasonable, and actually a little less expensive than the large chain pet supply/grooming stores (depending on the cut). Just be prepared to take cash or write a check, they do not accept credit cards. They don't keep the dogs cooped up in crates, but have them out in the open in little beds. Finally, the staff seems to really love the dogs. That has not been my experience in other grooming salons in town."

"We usually call 1-2 days in advance for an appointment. We dropped her off in the morning and she was done in about 3 hours. As always, our dog was happy to see us when we picked her up. She was clean and neatly trimmed. My only concern is that our dog runs straight to the water bowl when we get home and drinks a lot. I wonder if she gets good access to water when she's there. It's possible -- she may just be so excited on the way home."

"There is a choice of full service or a do it yourself bath and grooming with the supplies. I chose the full service. They made accommodations to open early so I could bring her in before work."

"Although the people we spoke to were friendly, professional and seemed to really love animals, we were disappointed that they were unable to groom our cat as she scratched and bit them - not really their fault, but disappointing nevertheless."

"The company is awesome. They also walk them twice a day. Instead of the dogs being locked in cages, they allow them to run in dog runs. I t worry about leaving my dog with them because they are great."
