"They put in granite countertops for me. They were fine. I was on a business trip and my wife handled the entire thing. Overall they did a good job. Their responsiveness was okay because they were really busy. I may use them again in the future. "

"Their prices for the work were excellent, the service was very personable and the quality was great. Very pleased with entire experience and will definitely use again. It was superior in every regard especially when compared to a big box store approach."

"Signature did a great job from start to finish. The company was prompt in providing a quote, ordering the granite, scheduling the work and completing the job. We enjoyed working with
Austin Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
who was very patient and helpful when it came to choosing the type of granite we wanted. We were also impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of the crew who removed the existing counters and installed the granite and a new sink in the same day. The workers carefully draped the kitchen and did a great job preventing any mess from spreading to other areas of the house. The job was completed the following day with the reconnect of the

top and sink. The counters are beautiful, we couldn't be more pleased.

"In the summer of 2010 we had the good fortune of selecting
Austin Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
to remodel our kitchen. This company is amazing. Each member of the
Austin Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
team is a consummate professional. It was clear from the beginning that they would not be satisfied until we were satisfied. The result was a beautifully remodeled space and a total project experience that far exceeded our expectations. We could not be more pleased. There were a few surprises along the way (as with any remodel) but
Austin Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
Improvements was creative in addressing each of them and moving the project forward. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it with all work of the highest quality. My wife and I have never dealt with a remolding company (and there have been many) that comes close to the professionalism, quality of work, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction that is the

"The overall experience was excellent: Salesperson/design consultant
Austin Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
came to my house Oct 22. We discussed that I essentially wanted a new kitchen with the exception of keeping the existing cabinets. He explained the various countertop and backsplash materials, and his recommendations for things I had not considered turned out wonderfully -- such as replacing the ceiling lights, installing undercabinet lighting, and using travertine (naturally rough and irregular) tile for the backsplash. He wrote me up a detailed quote, and I was impressed enough to give Signature the go ahead at that time. The following Monday I met

at the stone and tile warehouses and he advised me as I selected a granite and tile -- all of which went very well and I appreciated that
Austin Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
double-checked the condition of the particular granite we would be using. We also visited Signature's office and work center -- everyone was more than welcoming and I was given a tour of their facility and got to see the cabinet and granite finishers at work. Each day that Signature was in my home, their office would call me in the morning and evening, making sure I knew who would be at my home and what would be done. They were always concerned with how I thought things were going. For every question they immediately got back to me with an answer. Work began on Monday Nov 15 when the demolition guys removed the countertops and backsplash -- they were friendly, well-mannered, and considerate (as all the workers would turn out to be), and I was surprised how they could remove my counters and backsplash and not hurt my cabinets. Obviously tearing things out requires a lot of skill and they certainly had it. They also removed the cabinet drawers and doors to take back to the shop for refinishing. Signature told me they have a long history with all the folks who work for them, so I left the key "under the mat" for them, and they came and went while I was at work. Needless to say everyone was more than trustworthy. On the days that they finished before I got home, did a fine job of locking the house back up. Tuesday the wall/ceiling work began and the granite was put in place. Later that evening the electrician ran some of the wiring and the plumber installed my faucet, garbage disposal and new cut-off valves, so I had water again. I was home that day and had a great time with all those friendly people. I trusted the electrician's judgement with respect to where to position the new lighting, and it turned out wonderfully. And thanks to the plumber this is the first time in the 12 years I've lived in this house that there are no leaks under the sink! Wednesday thru Friday was more or less dedicated to the walls, ceiling (with new lights) and tile. I can't say enough about how nice this went. I appreciated the thoughtful, considerate acts, such as temporarily turning my heat off when the house was airing out. And of course, anything they had to move, they moved back. They always showed up at 8AM when promised, so no time was wasted getting things done. The painter and tiler left nothing but beautiful work. Monday and Tuesday the cabinet frames were refinished and they look and feel great. Wednesday Nov 24 the doors and drawers were reinstalled and things were pretty much done. All in all a great experience and a beautiful kitchen. I will not hestitate to call Signature when it's time to update my bathroom.

"They performed their work beautifully. The demolition was fast but performed with the care of an artist. The cabinet reinforcements & repairs were equally magnificent. They searched for the perfect wood match and demonstrated a most caring attitude. The carpentry work necessary to fit a new oven & microwave created a perfect fit. The granite was cut to the exact proportions and installed fast but without any problems or errors. The tile work for the backsplashes was done with the touch of an artist -- particularly the mosaic work above the countertop range. Signature came when they promised and finished the work within the promised period of time. Except for some "adds" that we requested, they came in slightly below their estimated costs.

and his team interfaced with the appliance retailer for us, eliminating our need to coordinate between their respective teams. They also picked up plumbing & other accessories for us, after confirming exactly what we wanted.

even met us at the granite distributor to make certain that the slabs matched. The entire Signature team represented a consumer's "dream team". All of their personnel were polite & took a tremendous interest in doing an outstanding job. When they were here, they worked very hard. In each of their areas of expertise -- they were artisans.
Austin Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
even provides a Quality Control Manager who is very exacting in what he "expects" -- and he "inspects" to make certain that the job meets his expectations. Possibly we could have found a lower bidder -- but we choose quality, professionalism & a totally coordinated effort. We got what we paid for -- and more. We highly recommend this team & plan to use them for further work in our home later this year. THEY EXCEED EXPECTATIONS!

"?They initially said the job would take a few weeks. The day they started they said 5 or 6 weeks. It ended up taking 13! ?They provided no supervision of the work of their subcontractors and I found a number of significant problems: o They built the custom cabinetry to the wrong size. o They installed half the ceiling insulation upside down and didn?t install the other half at all. o They failed to install any exhaust vents for the ceiling fan. o They were extremely slow at ordering necessary items and scheduling work (thus the long delays). o The plumbers put the plumbing in the wrong place and I had to show them where it should go. It was clear that they were unable to read a floor plan diagram. They did not insulate any of the plumbing. Twice they removed and lost the shower installation instructions even though I had written in big red marker ?Do not remove from premises?. They installed the drain for the toilet too close to the wall and had to later chop it out and re-do it. o They roughed in the closet door 6? too small and ordered the wrong door size. o They installed the sills of the shower so that water would drain onto the bathroom floor rather than back into the shower. o They failed to install the electrical according to instructions. o They didn?t wire properly for the point-of-use water heater and when they hired an electrician to do it properly they asked me to pay the additional cost! Very unprofessional. o I?ve done enough of my own remodeling to know that many of the people lacked even basic skills. ?They

"If every business conducted itself as
Austin Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
does, there would be less of a need for a service like Angies List. Signature completed all work when and as promised quickly and effectively. Any minor glitches were promptly addressed. Employees were unfailingly courteous and professional. I have no reservations in recommending Signature to others."

"The company was helpful. The hardest part was going to the "granite yards" and choosing the actual piece of granite to use. Since I had NO experience in this endeavor - I felt lost. The granite yards were helpful, but understaffed so it took a lot of time."

"This work was part of a total remodel to the kitchen, making many decisions as to layout and updating. Honorato and his crew were very helpful and patient, coming back like four times to assist me in choosing which counters to cover, backsplash heights, sink details and edges!! I cannot recommend him more highly! His work is excellent, thorough, very quick and priced great!! I just purchased a new home and he will be doing the granite for both my bathroom and the new kitchen..."
