"They run $28 a night. I think it worked really well. They were honest with me about her behavior. They genuinely care for the animals. She has her own diet. I took it along with her. They complied with everything. Their price is reasonable. It's really hard to say anything about the price, but I think they are in line with other boarding places. There are a lot fancier places out there. I don't think you can use them while you are away. The size of the kennels was great. They could probably have a little more outside time. I will use them again in the future."

"I used them until 6 months ago. It is an excellent place and I would give high ratings on everything, but they are very pricey. I have two dogs now and I needed something a little bit more reasonable."

"I called to reserve an overnight stay for both of my dogs only one day in advance. The receptionist was very helpful and eager to accommodate my two, even after learning that one of my dogs is a Rottweiler. The staff was super friendly and the accommodations superb. The cost is $25 per overnight stay, with a $5 discount on additional "family members." We paid a little for additional playtime since this was their first stay. We picked up our dogs early the next day, but the staff didn't hurry us at all. Very relaxed and friendly. When we picked up our pets they even smelled good."

"This is expensive boarding, but they are the only place we could find to leave our dog over Christmas. They are very professional there and find out your dog's preferences (can or dry food, how many times a day, need an elevated bed to sleep on, etc). They overdo it of course- like the with Doggy Phone- where you can call from your vacation and they will bring your dog to the phone to hear your voice. My daughter actually did this during our last trip and I wondered the whole time whether they really took to the phone to our dog or if they just held the phone out to their side. They told my daughter that our dog looked up and his tail was wagging while she was talking.... They also have a playtime with other dogs or with a human, available for an additional fee. We paid for this and I expect that they took our dog to do that- though I found that even showing up early in the morning to pick him up, I was charged for that day's playtime- somehow they always manage to squeeze it in before you get there... They have deluxe rooms for the pets with TVs that play animal theme shows all day. Pretty silly, but I guess it may make some people feel better about leaving their pets. They do feed the dog and he seems ok when we pick him up so I think they are doing their job, but the boarding fee is twice what it costs at our local vet. But the week of Christmas you are lucky to get anyone to watch your pet."

"I love
Austin Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
. They truly care about the dogs and take the time to learn something about each dog. You do not have to make a reservation for daycare during the week, with the exception of Fridays. My dog loves it so much she starts to whine and bark as we turn onto the street where they are located. She always comes back happy and tired. Boarding is reasonably priced and I always feel safe leaving my dog with them for an extended period of time."

"I have left my dogs here on multiple occasions. When I found this place, I had just moved into town, and needed someplace to board my 2 dogs for some holidays, so I picked this place out of necessity. However, it turned out to be a lucky pick. They have always been friendly and courteous. They let the dogs play outside with other dogs. They always seem happy when I go to pick them up. The kennels appear clean, and the animals there always appear active and happy."
