Tech was early, and didn't a lot of
here. Unfortunately, you'd was out 3rd service call for the sane issue, but this tech was, fthorough and took extra measures to make sure we have reliable internet. My husband and I burn work from home dvd he installed two signal boosters dvd replaced some of cables & splitters.

CLEAR promised 4G connectivity in most major metro areas, in reality even though I live a few hundred feet from the closest antenna the speed is not consistent. I've also found it doesn't work in all cities, or even in certain locations within cities that do have coverage, for no discernable reason. When it works, it's great.
Price is fairly high @ $50/month but this is one of the few options for people like me who do not have/want internet bundled with cable service. Being able to take the hotspot on the go is great for client meetings and work travel.
All in all, until Google Fiber shows up in
, this is a decent internet solution.

Admittedly, the initial appointment was dropped, and I was told that I would get a call back in 24 hours to get the modem replaced. Naturally, that didn't happen, but on a follow up call to TWC, they saw my notes, didn't even try to recreate the wheel in diagnosing the modem, and sent out the technician.
Our technician was spot on - he replaced the connections in the line, and replaced the modem without question.
He also sat there and diagnosed the signal - talking shop, basically - with me until we were both satisfied with the outcome.
The technicians that are employed by TWC are the true front men to good customer service of TWC.
Overall, I am satisfied with TWC, and they are pushing up their speeds on broadband, because of Google competition that is on its way, only time will tell if they can keep customers in the

area.

he automated telephone service is terrible. Automated line said that
there was a problem in my area. When I finally figured out how to talk
to a real person, via the chat feature, that person said there was no
reported problem in my area. I was without service for 2 days; reset
the cable box twice; finally came back on its own.

The 3 member team I had was excellent ( it included
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
and Sergey). They worked efficiently and knowledgeably in the planning phase and installation of equipment- which in my case took about 5 hours . The cost is dependent on whether you already have a security system and the type of package (select, premier, ultra) you choose and price levels are $100, $400 or $700 respectively per year. You can also customize these packages by adding on more features or items such as cameras, smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, glass breakages, thermostats, motion detectors, etc. all at an extra cost.

Today the technician came out promptly at 9 am. worked until 4pm when he walked over to me and told me that what he was running wasn't what I had been sold. I was surprised by his honesty. He told me that I was supposed to be getting Fiber Optics and instead they sent him out to install copper wiring co-ax cable line. He said that he didnt feel comfortable doing that to us without us knowing and allowed me to make the decision to cancel.
He suggested I call and
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
H***. So I called ATT and was
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
that I was supposed to be getting Fiber Optic. And the reps were "confused". After being bounced around depts and placed on hold, I wastold that there were no Fiber Optic lines yet run but that I could see if I like the other. NO- THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED. So I asked to Cancel. Which got me to the wrong customer service rep and then he transferred me to a recording that said they were closed for the day. I spent from 9-6 with ATT. 2.5 of which were on the phone. don't USE ATT, They have great marketing, but their follow thru is terrible. Thank goodness I had an honest service Tech otherwise, i would have never know I didnt get what I paid for. Boo ATT

We have been
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
customers since
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
started sometime in the early 2000's.
Over the last few years, we have had serious, long-term ongoing problems maintaining an adequate
internet connection and connection speeds with
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
. Our connection speed can be as low as 0.1 MBPS....More /> We have placed numerous calls to
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
over the last few years. In the last month we have had three service
technicians visit our property. Each of these visits have required my us to take time off of work. Two of these visits were required due to mistakes made by technicians. We were assured by the last technician that our service would be functioning normally; however, this has not happened.
It is unclear to me that
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
is able to either provide adequate service or appropriately troubleshoot their
service. I am at a loss for how to receive the service that we pay for from
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
.

Wehostinpad.com - Worst web hosting / domain registrar ever.
I moved my two domains over to
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
a month or
so ago. Their “unlimited space” was in reality only 10GB. I started posting my
site of 16Gb. When asking their tech why I was only given 10GB on an unlimited package
I was told once I was close to reaching my 10GBs they would increase the limit.
I posted 9.5GB up the first night. The next day I emailed tech support to get
my space increased. I was then told I could not post pictures or just about
anything else but links to other sites. I asked to cancel my account after only
having it for 2 days. Their tech guy was a real jerk. It took them three weeks And
several emails and phone calls to credit my account back after their “fees” were taken out.
I then tried to move my two domains back to the original registrar of GoDaddy.
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked

actively blocked the transfer back to the original registrar and gave me the
reason of it was less than the 60 days ICANN would allow. Per ICANN rules I’m allowed
to move the domains back to the original registrar before the 60 days. I emailed
them back saying that over a week ago and no reply. I filed a written complaint
with ICANN and am waiting the 5 days
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
has to respond. They are
purposely delaying the transfer of my domains away from their bad service. I
have to send emails to the same tech that is causing all of the problems just
to make a DNS change as I have lost control over my sites. I would tell
everyone I know to avoid using
Austin Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
for anything. They are the
worst registrar / web hosting company I have ever dealt with. I’m the director
of IT at a major medical practice. My sites are for posting pictures of my
family and vacations along with the tools I use for work. I have paid for my two domains up front, one for 2 years
and the other for one. I have no access to my domains and their tech guy is actively
blocking the transfer to my original registrar.
I was with GoDaddy for years with no complaints. I was
looking to save some money but ended up in a nightmare. GoDaddy never once said
anything about what I had on my site the entire time it was on their servers. I
have reposted my site back to GoDaddy and they still have not complained about
anything on my site.
I would tell everyone to avoid doing any business with
