"The $912 bed skirt arrived in time for my birthday party and it did not fit at all. We tried to come up with ways to make it work and finally realized this was crazy. did not look at the construction of the bed. I called her to come out and bring samples for pillow fabric for our couches and see what could be done to fix the ...more bed skirt.

arrived and stated that she had never seen a bed like this, it has slats. She had seen a bed she came out and measured. I was left that it was my fault that she had to have the bed skirt redone. I almost apologized for her inconvenience then realized that I was not the interior designer. She was and that is why I hired her. My husband was very disgusted by this time and thought I was crazy for asking her to do the pillows. I called several weeks later and found out that the bed skirt was complete. We drove over and picked it up and it fit perfectly.

called to state that her accountant stated I owed her the full amount. I had already looked at the website for the credit card and discovered that she had not processed the payment and was prepared to call her on Monday to tell her to run the card for the balance not paid on Saturday. She was talking so fast I finally had to tell her to stop talking so I could tell her to charge the cc. At this point, I decided to discuss the terrible lack of customer service. I was also willing to be coached that maybe my small $2000 order by comparison to her other clients business did not deserve a follow-up call. I communicated to

that I was rather amazed that she did not call and ask how the redone bed skirt work and that I was under the impression that hers was a referral business. I also stated that I was amazed that she had not thanked us for our business. She thanked me several times in a strained covert communication. She then made the statement, "my clients thank me." WOW!"

I probably tried about 10 times. I was never called back. She basically took my money and ran. Do not waste your money"
