All the time, explaining the issues that he was finding... and fixes (well, the outside stuff he explained once he got back in the warmth of the house). He told us what needed immediate attention and what could be placed a little lower on the priority list. Since he is a builder, we felt very confident in his know-how. He even gave us his advice on a structural issue as well. He never solicited any other services to us other than calling him anytime we had any questions about his findings and report. He took lots of pictures and best of all... he accepted an American Express card as a form of payment!! ;-)"
