"She is a real good stylist. I don't care much for the lounge music which is kind of annoying, but then, I am 60 years old and these kids are in their twenties. I like the way she cuts my hair and she has good suggestions to make. The quality of work is excellent."

"I have gone there a couple of years before. It?s far away, so I ?t go there very often. They are really clean and professional. They are very friendly and talkative, but not too talkative. It?s a nice atmosphere there. They are very gentle especially when it comes to pedicures. They take their time. They are very nice. It?s very cushy there. They give us really nice that we have to wear. I get to keep my clothes in the locker room and wear these . It feels like a resort. It?s very classy and very nice inside. They are a little pricey, but I guess we get what we pay for. If we sign up on their email list they would email us when they have last-minute appointments. That?s really nice."

"Bird's is a great place to get a cut because they serve free beer and the barbers/stylists are friendly. I've never had the same person twice and it seems like they have a revolving door staff. That's a shame because I've a had a few different people that did really good job, but can't ever seem to find them again when I go in a month later. I never do much with my hair, just a trim that takes about 10 minutes and I still get charged $19 every time. But I go back because I like the atmosphere and it's practically next door to my house."

" for this salon on Angie's List and on citysearch.com were consistently high. I called and was able to make an appointment right away. Everyone was very friendly when I called for the appointment and when I went in - the owner , the receptionist , and Bill the stylist who did my hair. I noticed that everyone at the salon had very nice hair themselves - not necessarily fancy, but neat and healthy-looking, and I appreciated that. We need to work on the right color for me, but I was very pleased with the first visit and intend to go back. Thank you!"

"The manager (woman) is pretty un-professional. One morning I came in to get a hair cut and they had no customers other then me. A guy came in and started talking in Vietnamese saying he needed a hair cut asap. She put the guy ahead of me and made me wait my turn.
Also watch out for one of their barbers by the name of . He'll put his customers ahead of you and pretend like they booked in advance.
This shop is very un-professional and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
If you don't know the native language its possible they can screw you over."

" responds to my emails within an hour or 2, and usually schedules me for a cut within a week or 2. I have been seeing her for a little over a year now and she always does a great job cutting my hair, but more importantly, she has taught me a lot about how to style my so they look their best. Just the other day, I was out shopping, and a stranger asked who cut my hair. To me that's the best compliment I can get. I am someone who grew up being frustrated that my curly hair would not do what all the trendy styles were. As a teenager, I embraced my and grew to love them, but remained frustrated by uneducated hair stylists who could not make them look their best, and who could not educate me about what to do at home to bring out the best in my beautiful . What a relief and blessing it was then, to find , who has been able to cut my and educate me about how to care for and style them to make me look my best!"

" is an expert colorist and is a great hair cutter. She stays on top of current fashion trends, so you know that you're going to get an excellent cut. I'm 52 years old, so I've gone to a lot of hair colorists and she is by far the best. In fact, I've had other beauticians compliment me on my hair."

" always makes me look good, in spite of there now being less hair where I want it, and more hair in places where I don't! She can balance a need to look professional with an equal desire to be my creative self. On the rare occasion when I need something more than just a cut, she has gone above and beyond with highlights or the occasional gray hair "camo", to fit a particular role."

"Fabienne chose just the right colors and did a really great job. The color looked very natural and rich. She does a great haircut as well. Fabienne is very pleasant to work with and has a real knack for her profession."

"I showed up to get my hair cut and they were running late that day. They asked me to reschedule for another day. I had taken 1 hour of my day to drive to and from the . They were having a special so I rescheduled. The hair cut was good, but the special they were running was a joke. The treatment they put on my hair faded the color, and lasted only 2 weeks. Then I was left with a weird color, so I had to recolor it. I was afraid to let them do it. They don't seem to communicate very well. They are always blaming the other person for a problem that came up. I had my hair cut and my children's hair cut there too, and each time there was a long delay, or some problem. I don't think I will return. I'd rather pay more and be treated respectfully. One time a man got on the line and yelled at me. I was just checking on my appointment time. If customers are such an inconvenience then they need to shut down."
