I was very impressed with the reviews and I reached out and left a message and I received a call late in the evening from
to schedule my appointment. He apologized for calling so late, but he had just gotten off work, but I greatly appreciated that he took the time to call me after a long day.
We scheduled a visit for Saturday at 11am, and he never showed up. I called him at 11:30am and left a message and never received a call back. I was very disappointed.

Initial phone conversation with
on
17: she collected information from me and would forward to a scheduler who would call me for an appointment. She told me this would happen after
30 which was okay with me.
23 I found message from
that I had an appointment on Jul 1 but didn't provide a time or window. On Jul 1,
and
arrived unannounced at 9:15am. I walked them thru the scope of the project and answered
's questions. Both
and
were very polite, seemed knowledgable and respectful.
told me to expect a price estimate via email by Mon, Jul 7 (it would take a bit longer due to Jul 4th holiday) and I was okay with this. I have checked email every day (both inbox and spam folders) but have not received anything....not even a follow-up phone call.

with BC was very responsive. I had had two other fence companies out to give me an estimate, and never heard back from one. The other came in under BC's bid but had a hard time figuring out how to do what I needed.

knew immediately, and answered all my questions along the way. They did the work on time and the fence looks great. After all the fence company nightmares I hear about, it was a real pleasure to work with

Pros:
Austin Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
was timely in sending out an estimator to give a price quote for the job. The estimator was professional and listened to my requests.
Austin Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
arranged to have the gas company come out so our new fence line did not affect our gas line. Come to find out, the new fence line did pose a problem.

went along with our second option (not to extend the fence) and adjusted the price accordingly. Once the contract was signed and partial payment was made, I had to call them in order to find out when they were coming out. No scheduling call was made. Perhaps they didn't expect me to be there, but I wanted to be there to observe the work. The day before the job was to be performed, the company called later in the day to inform us that they would be out the day after the scheduled date due to rain. Understandable.
Cons: The workers arrived on the new scheduled date, but hey didn't have enough materials to finish the job, so they had to return the following day. The following day, I could not be there to see the finished job. Unfortunately, the fence cap was measured improperly. It was supposed to line up and match the existing fence line. The top of the fence was about half a foot too short and the bottom wood rail was 5 inches too long so it didn't line up and looked like an eyesore. I took a picture of the problem and emailed the company. The workers came out the next day. No call was made ahead of time saying they were coming out, so they "surprised" me by showing up in my yard unannounced. We explained the problem to the workers. They looked to us for a solution. I suggested that the "correct" size board be placed on the fence top so it would align with the existing fence as we agreed to during the estimate. According to the worker, "materials are expensive and the boss wouldn't want to have to extend the board." Instead we compromised and agreed to a makeshift extension to fill the hole where the cap was too short. It looks ok. It was not what I expected or agreed to originally. It will probably look better when it is stained. I was not happy with first results, but they did send out the same crew along with a foreman to "fix" the problem. I would have like to have had it done correctly and measured properly to begin with. The "fix" is better than it was previously. I paid for the final installment, but would think twice about hiring again.

The service and workers were nice and did a good job overall. They did run over schedule by several days but did not try to charge me extra. Everything went well for the price but I did have to go over several points of the agreement we made at the beginning of the project at its conclusion. When I asked them to take care of those items they went straight to work and resolved my issues

I was extremely impressed.
Austin Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
immediately won my confidence with their demeanor, timeliness, attention to detail as well as the overall quality of the work. It appeared that they took the job seriously (even though it was a discounted "Big Deal" service). In other words they were not just providing the minimal value they could in exchange for the deal I purchased. They identified and replaced the pickets which required replacing, they made sure my gates opened smoothly and they even improved the position of the handles. I would definitely use
Austin Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
again and I would recommend them to others.

Work went very well and was not disruptive. Fence looks

(no pun). I gave them a "B" on punctuality because that had to reschedule from the prior afternoon to the following morning. However, they showed up as expected as was done with the work in less than 3 hours.

went to work. He offered good information on the maintenance of fence and other outdoor wood structures. Great attitude. Brought all the tools for any eventuality (really good sign). The work was complete in five hours and the fences were only reattached once the concrete was dry (I have seen others who wouldn't wait for this).
All in all, I am quite satisfied with the work and would hire

again in the future.

Excellent experience.
Austin Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
was prompt and courteous at the estimation visit and offered best price based on compares w/ several other vendors I'd been getting quotes. I included
Austin Fence Installers Provider Name Locked
Fencing among those to get compare quotes because of their high rating and excellent reviews on Angie's list. The crew arrived on time and were also very courteous. Fence was installed along a sloped yard, sections were all welded. Very good quality work. Job was finished in a day and a half. Our next door neighbors also had

install two small sections of fence based on seeing the work done @ our property. I would recommend

to anyone.

Wonderful experience. I ran into a couple of scheduling issues due to weather but the office was fantastic keeping me in the loop and always following up when we had to reschedule. The techs showed up on time, did incredible work and were absolutely professional.
