"Sienna Cleaner's policy is that if the problem is not noted in 2 days, any rework is done at the customers expense. Other than this we have not had a problem. However, we have many other garments that went to Sienna which we have not examined because we were not ready to wear them when we took them home."

"The pants were lost, presumably sent home with another customer. I had someone else's pants which I returned while at the counter. They supposedly contacted customers who might have gotten the pants, but they were never returned. I waited a couple of weeks to see if we would get them back. I filled out a claim for and in 4 months I never got a call ...more or question or explanation. I asked every week about my claim. I was told it was turned in. We left messages by phone with the manager, calls were never returned. My husband went in person to the corporate office and was told they had no claim form even though the store employee said it had been sent and had been told a check had been sent to us. We have received nothing for our lost pants and now the suit is worthless. In fact we had to turn in the coat when we filed the claim."

"I had a coupon for the cleaners near my office and wanted to give them a try. However, the coupon was for 's Cleaners but the one near my office is , I didn't realize this until I was inside. Much to my surprise, the manager at this location would not honor the competitor's coupon. ...more Moreover, their regular prices were very high. The manager claimed that their service was considerably better than

's, but I don't buy it, they are using the same cleaning solvents and equipment. I wasn't seeking specialized cleaning, just regular men's shirts. After this experience I certainly don't plan to use them, how can they justify their price?"

"The last time I took my clothes to I thought their price was reasonable on men's laundered and pressed shirts but rather high for my wife's blouses. No buttons were smashed or anything, but in the future I will probably take my wife's clothes to one of those fixed-price ("any garment $1.99") places."

"My clothes are always done to my satisfaction and available for pick up when they say. They do their best to remove stains too. costs a bit more than cleaners, but the quality and reliability are worth it. They are a family-owned business in the same location for over 20 years."
