"He is fantastic. The staff is friendly and they are on time. They also do payment plans when people are paying for pain procedures. They don't try to give you add on stuff like extra cleaning. He does preventive care."

She is the head of the practice. The entire staff there is really friendly and very helpful. They do a lot of things. They try to be very progressive in the sense that they have their own website and so forth. If people want to make appointments or look at billing and other ...more things they can do it through the website. They do Invisalign which a lot of practitioners don't do. They are really good when it comes to punctuality. We don't have to wait very long.

He was given medication to help him relax, and we were asked to wait in the lobby for one hour. He played their video games and was completely at ease. We went back to the exam room and he was given "happy air" to put him under. He was still conscious and responsive but not scared or anxious. The Dr came in and gave him the novocain. A Tech applied the sealants first, then the Dr came back in and did the filling. We were told what was going to happen every step of the way so there were no surprises, and they answered all questions in detail. We were in and out of the office in 90 minutes. When we got home my son went to bed and slept for 3.5 hours. After he woke up he had some dizziness and nausea, but we had been warned that might happen. By the end of the afternoon he was a happy camper. He wants to go back to Dr

. Granted, the camera kind isn't particularly comfortable but it's much better than the film. The dentist couldn't see anything on the film and they had to do it again with different contrast! It still didn't show anything so he had another dentist come in to check and neither of them could find the problem after poking around and making me hurt even worse. In the end, he gave me prescriptions for a light anti-biotic and a medium pain medicine. When I left, there were no instructions on when to come back and still no answers about the problem. I ended up having to go to the emergency room the next day with the worst pain of my life and the doctors there were very concerned that I had a heart problem since jaw pain can be an indication of heart attack in women. I would think that the 2 dentists who saw me would consider that since they were unable to find an actual tooth problem. It was not a heart issue but, if it had been, I may have died without a prompt diagnosis. All in all, I hate going to the dentist and my high-priced guy didn't do a whole lot better, so please discount at least part of this due to dentist aversion."
